Very good is what I have to say. The security I got from this company was at least 100x better than a generic one from the major stores. I specifically wanted an alarm for my front door that would call the police in 30 seconds unless I entered a pin and I got exactly that. The system works well and I don't have to worry about burglars breaking in at night. I Highly recommend this company.

I called Grand Alarms today regarding replacing the contact on our door. I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was friendly and immediately scheduled an appointment to have the Service Technician come to our home, we are please with the services provided to us by Grand Alarms Nellie Nunes

I have been a loyal costumer for 8 years. When I moved I cancelled our service and was told to leave the system in the house for the next owner to reactivate. I was charged for two months I wasn't in the house and when I called to rectify the situation I got the run around. I asked to speak with a manager several times but received no phone call back. The response I got from this company was way below standard and I will never do business with the company again. Extremely poor customer service!

Grand Alarms was selected by our new home builder to provide home alarm, vacuum and communication wiring. I found their sales team to be lacking in the technical skills required to provide value. The vacuum was underpowered and over-priced for what you could get at a warehouse club.

Mary Not only helped us with our pre-wiring, but also Help set us up with an Alarm system as well As a central vac system. She was very informative of all products and services Provided by Buit in technology, and answered all our questions, which made us feel Extremely confident that we made the right decisions On our purchase and services. I made the alarm in arm at night, in the morning I forgot to discharge the alarm system. When I open the window, the alarm rang immediately and the the company called our home to ask what happened. I felt that the alarm system worked well and the company responded quickly.

The Service Rep. whose name is Mary did a clear presentation and explanation of the system and technology, while she provided to us customer satisfaction during the whole service. Bravo!

The unit was sub par in quality and did not provide sufficient suction. The unit was their "best" unit and despite the fact there were no options for a better unit, it was very difficult to get a refund. It took several weeks and several visits.

We inherited an alarm contract when we purchased our new home. The staff at Grand Alarms were helpful and answered all my questions. It seemed to me that they are organized and know what they're talking about. I was happy to receive a free battery for the system when it needed one and they were always willing to help.
