What struck us the most is the exceptional level of customer service that we received from the first visit and initial questions to delivery of our hot tub. Every person that we spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help us. After we received our tub, we went back with a few questions and not only were they all answered, we are encouraged to come back anytime with any questions we have! We are so impressed with the service and quality of products we purchased a massage chair on the spot! Dynasty Spas offers superior products and exceptional customer service. We have and will continue to recommend to everyone we know! Great job Amanda and Rochelle!

Almost a year and have had no complaints on the hot tube and massage chair from World of spas, the delivery men went over and above to get this hot tube into my back yard and up onto the top of my deck with a hand trolley. Would recommend World Of Spas to everyone.

The company wIll do what it takes to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They are there to help you out through any warranty or issues you may have with your hot tub.

This is my second spa from Dynasty, had nothing but issues with the first one that I actually gave it away after 4 to 5 years ( purchased new for 12,000)just over three years ago purchased another as they claimed through all the changes in the new model ( also in the 12,000 range) Well in 3 plus years - first the speakers went, then the spa pac and now pump 2 In closing I would not recommend purchasing a dynasty spas tub

It has been 4 years since purchasing our spa and we can't say enough good things about it! We used to both have such bad backs and sore muscles that we would have to visit massage and physio therapy on a weekly basis putting us out of commission for work. Since having our spa we are pain free and couldn't be happier! Thanks so much for the great customer service and awesome product!
