The job was the fixed a step crack and some parging on the posts of the garage.
Mike Browne looked at the photos and the google map street view, and gave me a fair estimate to the work. He then described the job in detail, told me what he needed to do and how he would do it for best results. I chose him because of the fair price, great detail on how he was going to fix it and that he was going to do the job personally.
On the day of the work, he went above and beyond his original description of the work because the damage was more extensive than he thought based from the photos. He did extra work without asking for more. The job was well done and done on time.
