    Tuck-pointing

    We are very pleased with Mike's initial response, quote and his actual work. He is pleasant to interact with and did exactly what he quoted and more, while he was doing it and he found a few more crack.

    Tuckpointing and parging

    Like so many other of MIke's customers we are very pleased with his work. He was very professional in every aspect from beginning to end of the project. He was prompt in showing up and completed the job when he said he would. He takes immense pride in his work and the excellent results are the proof. I would be very pleased to recommend him again.

    Masonry

    Mike was professional and personable at every step of the way, and we are pleased that we hired him to do a small masonry work of maintaining the brick and grout on our home. He paid attention to detail and cleaned the work area when the job was completed. Mike takes pride in his work, and treats his clients with consideration. Highly recommend, we would hire him again.

    masonry step brick replacement and pointing

    Mike Browne was professional throughout this small but important job. He was prompt and efficient on all counts: inspection,giving estimate, matching bricks and mortar colour, doing job, asking for feedback. I am very pleased with the masonry and the service. The cost was in line with the competition. Would not hesitate to recommend Browne's Contracting and glad that the company was recommended to me

    Brick and Mortar Repair

    Mike helped me with brick repair on my house, where some areas were in desperate need of remediation. Reviewing the areas with Mike, he went into great detail as to the work that needed to be done and to point out problem areas that needed addressing. I ended up hiring Mike to perform some more work on other sides of my house after seeing his great attention to detail for the initial area of concern. He went through great lengths to perfectly match the mortar to the existing look, and the result was indistinguishable from the rest of the house. if I ever need further tuckpointing or brick repairs completed, I wouldn't hesitate to give Mike a call.

    Tuck pointing on foundation

    We discovered late in November that a large section of the foundation in our a new-to-us, 115 year old house had some serious gaps that needed filling. It went unnoticed because that wall is only 12 inches away from our neighbours. There were also bricks that needed parging. A very difficult space to work in and we really wanted it done before winter. Other contractors turned down the job because of the tight space. Mike came to see it in person to confirm he could fit (just!) and agreed to the work for a reasonable price. He was very courteous, keen to explain and show in detail what he was doing and why. We are very happy with the finished work.

    Brick work/Tuckpointing

    Mike provided great customer service and work. He was very responsive, went over and above and was a pleasure to work with. I needed some tuckpointing done due to deterioration of mortar from a long-standing roof leak and Mike was able to fix up a numbers of spots and his clean up after grinding out the old mortar was great. I recommended Mike to my neighbour, who also got work done.

    Parged foundation in front of the house

    There were some damage to the front of the house by the garage. We spoke on the phone, I sent some pictures, Mike was able to give me a quote and was able to come over within the week to get the job done. He was prompt and very professional.

    Tuck Pointing

    I would recommend Browne's Contracting, Mike responded immediately to may call and come out to see the job that I wanted done. Mike did an excellent job matching the mortar of a 60 year old house. He is very knowledgeable and with the years of experience is neat and tidy in how he does his work. Mike clearly understood what needed to be done and my expectation and when above and beyond doing extra. He leaves the job site clean after his work. Thanks Mike for doing such an amazing job.

    Tuckpointing on century old house

    Browne’s Contracting did an excellent job tuck-pointing our century old house. Mike was able to match the antique mortar colour perfectly, making our exterior look good as new. Browne’s Contracting’s prices were very reasonable, and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great workmanship! Highly recommend!
