We were very happy with the service and price of the product.. The salesmen were friendly and helped us pick out the product best fitting for our needs. The job was done quickly and efficiently and we were called back after the job was completed for our comments.

I hired Diverse Flooring to supply and install our new hardwood floors. I was very pleased with the price and quality of the floor and install. I would recommend this company.

I was refers to Diverse Flooring though Pure Painters when I was creating our budget for our office redesign. Todd gave us a sharper price and a better quality of floor than the other flooring companies we were considering. They came in with a large crew and finished ahead of schedule. Irene Fraser from Design Happens helped us with choosing the right floor to match our new paint colors. They were very knowledgeable and we were pleased with their selection of tiles. We found slate that we like at a very reasonable price. They also recommended all the finishing sealers and grout that are appropriate for the slate we purchased. The pick up was easy as they have their warehouse just a block away from the store.

We saw an ad for Diverse in the local paper and went by the store. Steve was very helpful and let us take some carpet boards home to help decide on a colour. Once we picked our carpet and vinyl choices, Steve placed the order and assured us that they could hold the product in their warehouse until we were ready to install - as we were doing renovations and needed to finish certain steps before the flooring could go in. They're pricing was competitve, we compared to two other flooring centres. Ed was our amazing installer - what a pro! Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and we would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking for a good, local company to get flooring from.

Diverse flooring was by far the best deal in town! Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication with their crew. The installers were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Very happy and satisfied with the finished product. I would definitely recommend them.

As an interior designer I often have to source flooring options that are both good quality and meet their budget. I have referred Diverse Flooring to many of my clients over the past 6 years and have found them to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly provide an excellent product. My husband and I have been doing a complete home renovation and it was finally time to start the flooring downstairs - we had already purchased the laminate flooring, but were concerned about what type of underlay to use as our floor tends to be cold above a dirt crawlspace (older home) diverse flooring explained all of the underlay options, price differences, benefits for each, etc... and when we finally chose the underlay we wanted, the price was the fantastic - we were purchasing a large quantity and were aware of what the other flooring stores were charging - would recommend this store based on our very positive experience

I am a renter and was given a limited budget to work with by my landlord. The staff at Diverse were extremely helpful in helping me find something that fell into my budget. They have great deals and are very friendly and customer oriented which I don't find very often. They know that customer satisfaction is what drives business and it shows. Thanks for all your help guys!

Super friendly staff - Just dont expect results! They will get the job done for you - How they want it done! I ordered a product and on the day that it was to be delivered they call 5 mins before delivery to=ime and told me that they dont have that product in stock (we had ordered it 4 months prior). Due to deadlines i had to rush down to the store and chose another product. I paid for the floors to be waxed - They never got waxed. They offered to refund the waxing cost (and did). However the cost of the waxing had changed 4 times so they just invented another number and refunded it and called it a day. The guy who laid the tiles was a *#@^! He left my place when he was finished without ever even seeing me to see if I was happy with the job he had done even though i was asked to be at home when they were there. Just finished and walked out. The floors are OK at the end of it all BUT this is one super friendly but TOTALLY DISORGANIZED company. My advise Diverse is less promise and more deliver!!!! Until then folks I would advise you to look at other options unless you like stress and wishy-washy pricing!
