    Kitchen renovation

    Great service! Todd was extremely helpful at the store and gave us lots of options on flooring, at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend diverse flooring for all your flooring needs!

    Flooring, Carpet/Baseboards

    I have been a client with Diverse Flooring since 2007 with 4 houses, my office and a referral to my sisters house. House 1 2007- Laminate and baseboard House 2 2008-Full Basement Laminate and baseboard House 3 2009-Laminate and baseboard House 4 2013-Full house Laminate, Carpet and baseboards 2013- referred to sister, Full house Laminate, linoleum and baseboards In Summer 2013 I referred them to My Employer, JIM PATTISON and Diverse completed our full office renovation with Vinyl flooring. Todd and Shawn are professional and very caring, and I would refer them to anyone who would need flooring. As you can see I have used them on numerous houses, and I will continue to use them for future projects. I wish other Companies specializing in Home Renovation Services could take a lesson from these guys. Timing, follow-through, and care taken. 10/10.

    Carpet Installation

    I thoroughly enjoyed my dealings with Shawn and Daryl at Diverse Flooring. We were in a bit of a rush for Carpeting in the upstairs of our home, Daryl came out to measure right away and made suggestions as to colors and types of carpeting that would work in our home. Shawn was able to work some magic and have a carpet we loved and in our budget installed the next weekend by a very hard working and pleasant young man by the name of Serdar. We love our new carpet!!!! Thank you. I highly recommend Diverse Flooring.

    Flooring

    Through my own research, I had decided on Kronotex Mammut laminate flooring for the main level of our home. I was able to find this flooring at Diverse flooring in Maple Ridge. They had a large selection of the Kronotex brand and many others. On going to their showroom I was greeted and helped by a wonderful man, Denny. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I was very happy with the entire process from selection to installation. Denny oversaw the entire process and their installers did a beautiful job. Tibby worked incredibly hard, there was a lot of levelling required (older home and the area was previously carpet) but the entire main floor was completed in 3 days. He did a remarkable job, the floors are absolutely beautiful. I have already sent a friend in there who loved my floors and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you Tibby!     Kitchen Renovation

    After struggling for months trying to find the right tile to complete the kitchen renovation we went to Diverse Flooring and dealt with Denny. We showed him the floor tiles, the countertop material and he immediately selected a tile for the backsplash which we took home - it was perfect! It looks great and the tile setter did an excellent job. Thanks Denny. We should have started with your shop.

    Stair carpet installation

    I decided to call Diverse flooring after reading comments on Homestars and I was right. Denny was a pleasant person to talk to and even though it was a small project, he offered to come to my place for more accurate measurement. He left a sample to me which was great match to my wall color and suitable for the stairs. My husband was happy from the moment he stepped into the store and decided to use their product and service. Denny explained to us patiently which carpet is good for stairs and safe for baby. Denny tried to accommodate my schedule and had it installed as soon as possible. The installer was very nice and friendly. He waited outside since it was early in the morning. Great appreciate. We'll definitely come again when we need floor to be replaced.

    renovation

    Todd and all the boys @ Diverse totally exceeded my renovation expectations. Sam did a fantastic job.... and our floors look amazing! I would highly recommend using Diverse on your next project.

    sale and installation of carpet and cork flooring

    I purchased carpet and cork flooring from Diverse Flooring and also had them do the installation plus removal of the old flooring.The staff and owners at the store were very helpful with picking colours and the type of flooring and both the installation guys that came were friendly, Professional and showed up on time. I was very happy with this company they returned all my emails quickly and were readily available on the phone. I will be using them again soon to put new flooring in my rental condo after they did such a good job on my new place .Thanks

    Excellent

    Excellent follow up. Leveled my floor perfectly. Did an excellent application of my glue down solid oak flooring. Best price and gave me lots of upgrades. One of the best companies I have ever worked with. Todd is great . Even performed a drilling moisture check on the floor just to make sure everything would last many years. I shopped around and these guys worked great with myy insurance claim folks.
