    Consultation, Vinyl Install and Baseboards

    I went to Diverse Flooring because a contractor I hired did not fulfill what he promised me. I was left in a bind with a very limited time frame to complete my space for building inspection. The staff at Diverse was not only extremely helpful and professional, they were very understanding and went beyond their call of duty to make sure I had my unfinished floor completed and baseboards installed. The installers were punctual, efficient and most importantly, they did a great job and they finished on time! The staff and owners are honest and compassionate and I am very grateful and happy to have used this company.

    Flooring level and Install

    Great service from Todd at the Store and Sam did an amazing job on the install. We have a 90 year old home that needed a lot of leveling, Sam made it look like new.

    supply and installation of laminate and baseboards

    I was referred to Diverse Flooring ; so I decided to search them out on the internet, Diverse seemed to have a good reputation. That is when I decided to visit the store. I was greeted when arrived at the store and asked how may we help you. I was consulted on my needs and requirements, I was happy with Diverse Floorings consultation, offerings and arranged for a measure. The estimator came out to my home and was very up front, no hidden surprises, I found this to be very refreshing. I was very pleased with the availability of the my sales rep for questions and answers, always willing to help. Diverse Floorings contractor was not only very pleasant to work with, but he took great care in my home and was very attentive to the fine details of my installation, further he was very punctual. I would most defiantly use Diverse Flooring on future projects as well have no hesitation in referring Diverse Flooring. Thank you Todd and Sam you were great.

    Flooring

    CRAZY if you do not contact Diverse Flooring for product choice and installation. I was overwhelmed with appointments with contractors and arranging times around my work schedule. Diverse was recommended to me and from the first call forward they were very professional. I wanted to steer clear of Asian made products and was pleasantly surprised that many of their products are from Germany with a fantastic warranty and also fro other country's. Shawn came out to help me choose a colour and product suited to my lifestyle without breaking the bank. He even came back with other floor samples for me to choose from. The project is now complete and I could not be happier. It is more than I had hoped for. The customer service far surpasses anything that you find today. Thank you to both Shawn and Todd. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

    Armstrong Alterna Tile

    Recently we decided to embark on a flooring project for our family home. We had viewed the Alterna tile at a couple of flooring stores, and received quotes from several of them. However Diverse Flooring insisted on doing a site inspection prior to providing a quote, however the other store did not offer to come out for a site visit, in fact we had given the other store a secondary opportunity to come out, however still no offer for a site visit. That is when we decided to go ahead with Diverse Flooring. The installers did a great job for us, the installation by request was done over two different occasions and both crews were great, very professional. We will most definitely work with Diverse Flooring on our future project, and we would also recommend them. Thank you P.Tuomi

    Engineerd hardwood, Carpet, Congoleum Dura Ceramic

    We had Diverse Flooring provide a quote to us a while back, and when we finally decided to move forward we went back to Diverse. During the installation process the designated installer was very accommodating, and his attention to detail was impeccable. We did have an issue come up during the process where by the engineered hardwood was deemed to be defective, Diverse Flooring's owner and a representative from the vendor were on site within a couple of hours, and the following day a replacement shipment of material was delivered to our home. End result we have a beautiful new Engineered hardwood floor. We also had new carpet installed for a couple of bedrooms, and tile for our kitchen, bathroom and Laundry. Would we recommend Diverse Flooring absolutely. Thank you for a job well done Team Diverse

    Product consult, supply and install of engineered hardwood including full one piece hardwood treads, and carpet

    From the moment we walked into Diverse Flooirng the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. That is when my wife and I realized we were in the right place. Denny, who also happens to be their project manager, was extremely helpful, asking the right questions to narrow down exactly what we wanted. Denny was also very detail oriented and made certain to walk around our house before the installation of both the carpet and the hardwood floor. He even brought in the installer ahead of time to discuss any challenges we might face. The installation of both the carpet and the hardwood were flawless and have greatly enhanced the look and feel of our home. I have no hesitation in recommending Diverse Flooring to look after whatever you may be seeking to install in your home. Todd and Denny. Thank you. Alan Brown

    Design, supply and installation of carpet and Armstong Alterna tile

    It was a first for me, having to replace all carpet and flooring in a newly purchased home; the project had become over whelming as I went to various flooring stores and still had not been able to secure a decision. All that ended when I walked into Diverse Flooring, Darrell took what I had jumbled in my mind, assisted in picking out the perfect color scheme and worked out all that was required. Brad, our installer; made uneven squeaking floors new again, and his tile job over a dreaded trap door was spectacular. Contact was punctual, and professional. All involved were a pleasure to work with. The owner Todd followed up after the installation to confirm our satisfaction with all details. I told him it was grande and I would not hesitate in referring family and friends to Diverse Flooring. Good management...great team...

    Purchase and installation of carpet and area rugs

    We were referred to Diverse Flooring by our Designer. We met with Todd and he helped us in suggesting various product, based on our needs and requirements. Further he helped us to coordinate the installation of the new carpet, and the installation crew did a great job for us. We were very pleased with the service and product. Recently we returned to Diverse to purchase several area rugs for our hardwood, Todd's brother Shawn delivered the two rugs for us as a complimentary service. Today I called Todd to inform him that the one rug was too small, and we requested a larger size, Todd has offered to deliver the new rug when it comes in again. Would I recommend Diverse Flooring absolutely, great service, selection and value, and we love our new Mohawk Silk carpet. Sincerely S. Dueck Poco

    Flooring for Condo

    Todd did an awesome job for me and his installers were great. He helped me with product choice by giving me all the information I could possibly want and he made the choice easy to make. I would and do recommend him to friends and to clients.
