    Underpinning of Basement

    Jomar was very quick to respond to email's and explained everything in detail. His price is in line with other quotes we had received. Would highly recommend Jomars service and will use him again for future projects.

    Request for underpinning project

    Jomar was very quick in responding to my situation.He arrived and explained in detail the necessary work involved. In providing me with an invoice which was in line with other quotes, He also provided me with a great deal of information that I was able to use successfully in dealing with other contractors.

    Laneway House

    Me and my partner have been working with K H Davis Engineering Consultants Ltd to design and build a laneway house. The team has been a pleasure to work with and have been fair and responsive as we have worked through the various steps of the project.

    Emergency structural repair

    After our house sustained unexpected structural damage during a routine plumbing upgrade, KH Davis was quick to design and help implement a solution for an emergency repair. More importantly, engineer Jomar Manzano was responsive and very helpful, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process.

    Structural Review of Home

    During recent home renovations, a few things started to concern me, and I wanted peace of mind that everything was okay. I found finding someone to take on such a small consultation hard. I picked Jomar and KH Davis Engineering based on reviews at HomeStars. It was great. He responded on a timely basis and set an appointment on a timely basis. Was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could understand. Put my mind at ease and pointed out other things I had not considered. So grateful I selected Jomar.

    Great engineer to work with!

    We hired Jomar to do our architectural designs needed to give to our contractor and the city to obtain permits in order to underpin our basement. Every step of the process was great - he was transparent, efficient, thorough and patient, taking time to explain to us the different steps, nuances and caveats. Beyond being affordable, he was transparent and there were NO SURPRISES, which has not been our experience in the construction industry in Toronto. Would absolutely recommend him and would work with him again on future engagements.

    Structural assessment of basement and attic

    This company is exactly what i needed. Needed parts of my house assessed from previous construction work done. Jomar was insightful and professional. Spent time and explained your situation (both good and bad) and they are honest with assessments. I will use them again for sure
