It was a pleasure to deal with KH Davis. The structural engineer (Jomar) was very professional and patient with all our questions. Drawings was of high standard with no errors (verified by related architects) which was evident of there prevalent expertise. Highly recommend this firm !

We needed some quick revisions on some drawings to close a work permit. Jomar was able to come onsite sort out the changes and have them done for us very quickly. Great people, very easy to communicate with and walked us through what needed to be done.

We called Ken with an unusual request, we had just purchased a home but the sale was contingent on determining if work done without a permit was done correctly. Before Ken, we had called 10-15 other engineerings who didn't know if determining the foundation was poured correctly could do it. Ken and his team kept us updated throughout the process and retroactively obtained a permit for the work.

We purchased a century home in Toronto and needed the services of an engineer to create an open concept main floor. On his initial visit to the property Ken's keen eye for detail alerted us to a potential issue, termites. Not only was he correct but he also guided us through the process of addressing the structural issues we uncovered. The scope of work expanded beyond our original plans but its comforting to know that our home is now safe for the entire family. Thank you Ken.
