    Engineering services

    I have worked with Ken. Jomar and Kevin from K.H. Davis multiple times and they always deliver as promised. Their drawings are clear and precise and they have a great relationship with the city inspectors which makes projects go smoother. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional engineering services.

    Prokects

    I always had problems with engineers and architects until I meet Ken and his team. As a contractor it’s huge to find good people to work with. It’s a pleasure working with Ken and his team. I highly suggest KH Davis

    Structural Engineering for a Renovation

    K H Davis has done an outstanding job helping us get a renovation project going. Insights and extensive explanations were provided along with some creative ideas to achieve our goals involving a multi sage renovation. Highly recommended - can't imagine better service and communication.

    Design Conversion of 2 story semi to 3 story duplex

    We hired Davis Engineering for a major project turning our 2 story semi into a 3 story duplex. Everyone at the firm was very knowledgeable and professional. The Manager of Architectural Technology created the plans and ensured we got through Committee of Adjustment on the first go and all permits where issued; the Chief Engineer was patient with our questions and offered extremely helpful advice. The owner assisted with all questions our neighbours had regarding under pining. We are so pleased with the final results. Highly recommend this team!

    Key Part of My Business

    Ken and his team have always provided excellent service and quality with their drawings. As a contractor, I depend on accurate and timely structural drawings to obtain municipal permits and ensure excellent quality builds. With KH, I get both of these things consistently. I will continue to use KH Davis in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them either.

    Very Professional and Solutions Oriented

    We hired KH Davis in connection with our underpinning job. Ken and his team were extremely skilled and we felt very comfortable completing the project knowing that KH Davis had completed the structural plans. We had a couple of issues pop up during the underpin/reno, as you do with old houses, and Ken was able to come up with creative solutions to ensure that the final project was done without modification to our original plans. Highly recommend!

    Second Story Garage

    Niloufar and Kevin helped through the Committee of Adjustment Process and dealing with the Party Wall permit. Their expertise in dealing with the complex city regulations has been extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them!

    Structural Design, Drawings, Permit Preparation and administration

    I am so pleased that we had KH Davis Engineering helping us with our structural needs for our new house. We got excellent service. Engineer is attentive, patient, thorough, and a great communicator. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, discuss concerns, and explain information and solutions, all of which was invaluable. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in future if the need ever arises.

    Engineering consulting

    The whole experience working with K.H. Davis Engineering was really superb. From the moment I inquired, to the first short phone call, to the in person consultation -- all within a few days -- I felt well taken care of. I learned a lot and Jomar took care and thoughtfulness in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat.
