    Appliance Repair

    Highly recommend this company. My dryer was not working. They provided next day service, came with required parts and fixed problem in less than 30 minutes. Knowledgeable and friendly service staff, and reasonably priced.

    Washer disfunction F2

    I have had problems with my washer shutting down during the drain cycle and then displaying F2. When I called ASC for an appointment they were on time and friendly. Two men arrived Terry and a apprentice. They were clean, friendly, fast to diagnose and fix the problem which was simply a clog in and during the drain cycle. This was a honest fix and I believe most repair men would have probably changed the pump costing an extra 300.00. I can say that Terry is amazing and one of the best repairman and service my family has received in Calgary. We will be using ASC exclusively for all our repairs.

    Range repair

    Extremely happy with the service received. Received error codes on the range, Googled for "best Calgary appliance repair" found the site, and left a message for Terry. Received prompt callback and Terry was able to accomodate me the same day. He arrived with an apprentice Mike - they did the job quickly, recommended the least expensive solution, made the repair, verified that everything works. Turns out Terry was here before servicing my dishwasher :) Very pleased with the service and will be more than happy to recommend Appliance Service Centre to anyone who asks. PS. Got Finish for my dishwasher as per Terry's recommendation and giving it a try!

    Washer Repair

    There was a loud clunking noise during my spin cycle and after a number of attempts with other repair companies I came across Appliance Service Centre. Terry was accommodating with my time request. He was able to come out the following day, and was very punctual! The brought his apprentice with him and was very thorough and methodical in assessing the washing machine; he was a beautiful teacher. My washer works perfectly now and I could not be happier with the service I received!

    fridge repair

    Freezer was not cooling as before so call ASC for diagnosis and repair. He quoted us $1000 to repair so I got a second opinion from the manufacturer's authorized service centre. They confirmed the same problem but quoted us only $360 for parts plus 1hr labour to repair.

    I'm sorry to hear of such a large discrepancy in price. Due to the fact a compressor cannot be properly or safely installed in 1 hour and that there is a very large liability risk to your property, I find the amount you've been quoted alarmingly low. Please keep in mind that our warranty is 3 times longer than any manufacturer also. I still wish you the best of luck with this but would advise you to keep a close eye on this job.

    Refridgerator repair

    Excellent service, far exceeding my expectations! Terry was precisely on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, had the part in his truck and I had a working fridge in under 30 minutes! He was very honest in replacing the cheap starter and confirmed that it worked, rather than others who would have tried to convince me that I needed a new $1,000 compressor. I highly recommend this company!

    Washer Repair

    I had called another company to come and service my machine but they refused as it was too cold a day. I then contacted this company who were able to come that afternoon! The service was excellent, arrived within the time frame, sourced the problem and had my washing machine working again within a shirt amount of time. He even helped lift the dryer off of the washing machine in order to access the area for servicing. Very pleasant and would recommend them for repairs,

    Oven Repair

    Our oven stopped working over the weekend and we didn't know who to call. A quick search of the internet revealed HomeStars and we zeroed in on the Appliance Service Centre. After reading the great reviews we called and spoke to Terry who promised to call back in the evening with a service call time for the next day! Even in the midst of a Calgary blizzard Terry called as promised and advised that Darcy would be here the next day within a 2 hr window. Darcy arrived and was prompt, courteous and polite. Our oven was in working order within 40 minutes and our experience was great! We would recommend this company without question!! Thanks Terry and Darcy and Merry Christmas!

    Dryer repair

    Did some research. Found this site and contacted them. Originally I called the place I bought it from and they wanted a call out fee for an appointment in a week. Then they would book another appointment to fix and charge again for the job and part. I knew what was wrong and called Terry. Darcy was out the next day and voila, the job is done. Sorry about the miserable tight space. I now can say " I have a guy" for my appliance repairs. Thanks again folks.

    KitchenAid Range Repair

    Great experience. Terry was able to narrow down my issue over the phone so he could bring both parts with them the next day. Most other places were saying weeks before they could come out. They got out the next day…on time, polite and did the job right.
