    Dishwasher Repair

    Dishwasher wasn't draining. Called Appliance Service Center and they came out a few hours after I called. Darcy was very courteous and respectful in my home. He checked all the potential problem areas and taught me several things I didn't know. I would highly recommend and use them again when needed.

    Gas Range Repair

    My oven wouldn't heat up yesterday afternoon. I call ASC, they returned my call right away and arranged to come this morning. Darcy arrived right on time and replaced the glow coil. I loved the speed of service, the small window for arrival, arriving on time and the fact they brought the parts! To top it off, they are very friendly and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommended.

    Dishwasher repair

    My 18 month old dishwasher decided to leak and flood my basement. I contacted Appliance Service Centre and had a response almost immediately. The person on the phone was very accommodating with my schedule and very courteous. The repair man was very friendly and he fixed my dishwasher quickly. I would certainly cal them again for any appliances repair.

    Dishwasher Door Repair

    I called Terry to repair our dishwasher door - the hinge was broken. He phoned me back right away and was able to come the next morning. I couldn't be there, so I had someone at the house to let him in and he was right on time. He phoned me with the repair details and I was able to pay over the phone which was very convenient! The dishwasher door works great now, I will definitely be using him again for any future repairs!

    Gas Stove Service

    Called Terry at ASC based on reviews on HomeStars and I wasn't disappointed. Called on a Monday and my stove was fixed before lunch on Tuesday, great turnaround! Darcy came to fix the stove, was very professional and efficient. The entire visit was less than 30 minutes. He left the work area exactly as it was before the repair job. He was also very knowledgeable as I asked him several questions about the appliance. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Appliance Service Centre.

    Whirlpool Front-Load Washer

    Appliance Service Centre = Top notch! Terry and Darcy were absolutely remarkable and I would highly recommend their service. I initially tried booking through the supplier (Trail Appliances hoping for warranty) and would NEVER book through Trail again ... 3 weeks just to schedule a service appointment! Brutal service. I called Terry up and Darcy was able to come to my place the next day! Both were extremely friendly and pleasures to deal with. Plain and simple - use these guys! Quality Service. Friendly and capable staff. Fair price. Thank you Appliance Service Centre.

    Repair Whirlpool Duet Sport Washing Machine

    I am often disappointed by customer service, but I was thoroughly impressed with this company. I filled out the online request form on a Friday evening and received a call back within 1 hour. Darcy went out of his way to drive out to our farm West of the city the following Monday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and took the time to teach me how to prevent/correct the same problem should it arise in the future. Highly recommended! Thank-you!

    Dishwasher repair

    Darcy came out to take a look at my dishwasher, he was very professional, friendly, fast, and honest. Got the problem fixed in no time and everything was working properly again. Will definitely use this company again for any other appliance issues.

    Fridge Repair

    After visiting homestars Sept 27, I contacted ASC: Terry called me that day (Friday), called Sunday to schedule, visited Monday morning, and had the problem fixed by 9:30 Tuesday morning! Did I mention he was supposed to arrive at 9:30?? Imagine my delight when a service professional showed up EARLY! He was clean cut, professional, knowledgable, and honest. It is unsurprising that his company's rating is as high as it is: it is well-deserved. Thank you, Terry - I wish you and your company the best.

    Dishwasher Repair

    My request online was answered promptly, and Darcy came to my house on the day and time stated. My repair was not able to be totally fixed - but I knew upfront that I had a 50/50 chance of being able to repair or replace my dishwasher. Darcy was nothing but polite, courteous, & tidy. He had a ton of very good suggestions on how to clean, and look after dishwashers. Would definitely recommend this company for any appliance repairs.
