Our humidifier wasn't draining properly and water was leaking all over our basement floor. We called Jason in a panic and he calmly walked us through the steps to stop the immediate flow of water before our in-person service call. We really appreciated that. Jason and Chris are friendly and honest and diagnosed what was wrong with our humidifier right away. I would definitely recommend them.

Chris and Jason are amazing! My house started to become very cold and so I called Chris to take a look at my furnace. Him and Jason were able to come the very next day and repaired my furnace at that time. I was able to go to bed in a warm house that evening!! Thanks Chris and Jason, you're wonderful!!

These guys are sincere and friendly. They arrived on time, were thorough and careful in their work and consulting with me throughout the entire process. If you need any work done on your heating or cooling systems, I highly recommend them.

True Home Comfort intalled a tankless water heater for us and the gentleman doing the job were efficient and polite and did the job when they said they would and did it well. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone. A very good job indeed.

During the crazy heat wave this past summer while we were having 40 degree weather, the HVAC company we used in past told us we had to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come in and install the AC. Being 6 months pregnant and (as you can imagine) extremely CRANKY in that weather, I was given Jason's name from a friend. I called him and he came that same evening to discuss my options and took the time to explain what would work for our home and what made most sense. Our unit was installed the very next day and I was able to SLEEP COMFORTABLY!!! Thanks so much for everything - your work ethic is incredible!

When my 20 + years old furnace broke down at the beginning of December, I knew I had to replace it, together with the energy guzzling A/C. I heard that installation is the most important part of the application. So I called a few companies for estimate. I was only going for the best companies on HomeStar. I have to say most of the companies are good, except one never showed up after 2 calls. Because my crawl space has only 52 inches head space, it is a challenging task to install furnace and Central A/C. Some models just won’t fit. The two gentlemen from True Home Comfort provided the best solution with least amount of cost. They spend nearly 2 hours to exam the place before giving me the estimate. They are very sincere, trust worthy, and they try harder than others to make their customer happy. And I could not be happier. They return calls promptly, they always on time, they worked hard for 2 full days under the crawl space, they kept me informed on the work process and they have done a beautiful job. Everything is done perfectly and by code. At the end, everything is clean and tidy. With the cold spill this week, I truly appreciate the work Jason and Chris has done, my new H/E furnace is quiet and making my home comfortable. While my neighbor’s new H/E furnace has ice build up outside of the pipe already, mine is running like a champ – no problems at all! There are not a lot reviews on True Home Comfort for their installation service, so I was a bit concerned first. But at the end, they got 10 out of 10! I would recommend their installation and service to all my family and friends! THANKS again, Jason and Chris.

I had an issue with my furnace and I called true home comfort and spoke with Jason. He came by and solved my problem, it turned out to be my thermostat. Jason replaced it and had me running quickly, he was very honest. Thanks True Home Comfort.

Excellent work - very impressed Mihaela from Brantford gas line installation + gas range hookup. I started looking for a reliable company to do the work. Based on online reviews I asked three companies for estimates, one being True Home Comfort Inc. Chris and Jason came as promised (next day) and we were impressed from the start with their professional approach. Needless to say, I decided to go with True Home Comfort Inc. (best quote, prompt in response and an overall pleasant impression). Since we had the new range delivery after just few days, the availability was also an important factor. The work was done the morning after the actual delivery of the gas range and we were very impressed by the quality of their work. Actually, for the same quoted amount, they provided more, in terms of materials and functionality (providing even the flexible hook up pipe, from the wall to the range). The installation involved outdoor work (gas line), drilling the house wall (second floor), hook up and new gas range installation (including unpacking). They left only after everything was in place. Spotless job, and I recommend Chris and Jason. So, yes, thank you Chris and Jason.

My husband and I had recently purchased a brand new home in Richmond Hill. Right off the bat, we noticed condensation (and even ice at times) forming on the inside of the windows once the temperature dropped. Through a referral, we were recommended to contact True Home Comfort. After speaking with Jason and discussing our issues, he provided us with some alternatives and a very competitive quote on an HRV system. Overall, our experience with Jason and Chris have far exceeded our expectation of any contractors we have dealt with. They are patient, takes the time to answer all of our numerous questions, are very informative, and gives you honest answers. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time, kept us in the loop with every step of the installation and ensured that the area was properly cleaned and spotless after they were done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family - they are the consummate professionals!
