I recently tried to start my furnace because it was that time of year again, and with my luck it would not stay on. A colleague of mine had recommended True Home Comfort to me, so i gave them a call. I called, and was happy to have someone pick up the phone on my first try. I had reached Jason and asked him if i could get someone to come by to look at my furnace. He actually managed to stop by within the hour because he was in the area. When he arrived i had told him that i was surprised to have someone show up so quickly. Jason then told me that he and his partner Chris make an effort to respond to "their" customers quickly. It was refreshing to know that i reached the owner of the company and he came by very soon after speaking. My furnace was up and running before i knew it and it turned out to be an easy fix, i felt very comfortable with Jason and trusted him with his help. I have already recommended him to my brother for his furnace tune-up. Thank you True Home Comfort.

I called Chris to do a Tankless Hot water install on August 15th, on the 16th Chris arrived at my home in Oakville and gave us the best quote that we had received out of 3 companies, he beat the other prices by $300.00. He explained that he had done many Tankless Hot Water Installs and provided us with refrences and names and phone numbers, truthfully speaking I did not call on his refrences but felt that he was trustworthy, caring and courteous so I gave him the job. On the 18th of August Chris showed up with his partner Jason with tools and supplies and they went straight to work. It took about 5 hours to do the install and when they were done all I can say is WOW!!! I never realized exactly how much area I would gain by removing that oddly placed tank but that alone made a huge difference, The attachments hoses and pipes were placed in a way so that I gained the most space possible and was extremely neat (I will post pictures soon). They also cleaned up the area they were working in, removed all debris, removed the old hot water tank, even returned it to reliance the rental company were the tank was rented from. All and all It was a wonderful experience and I would reccomend there work to my closest family and friends.

Furnace died on a Friday and with a 9month old at home it was imperative to get the heat back on asap. Jason came out within hours of a phone call and told me exactly what was wrong and what he needed to fix it. He had the estimate done in a few minutes and after getting the parts, he had us back up and running in no time!
