Our furnice broke down, we contacted True Home Comfort and a technition responded in a timely manner. The technition was knowledgable and respectful. Thanks to Home Comfort our furnace is still working.

Jason came right away when we called on a Sunday evening. He was very pleasant and polite. He took the time to explain the problem and how how he was going to repair it. He was very patient with our many questions. We will definitely call him again for our furnace and air conditioning service.

Jason was very responsive via email - answering several questions over several emails. (We needed a pump since there was no drain in the furnace room). Once we committed, Chris was prompt and efficient, and my tenants were very pleased. I'll go with them the next time I need any heating or air conditioning work done, since it's obvious they care about their work. Thanks guys!

Chris arrived on time was friendly and efficient. He explained what he was doing and showed me the before and after. He took out the compnent parts and cleaned them. He provide useful information checked items beyond the furnace providing options and recommendations. No selling just information for future reference. I will be recommending Chris and true home comfort to friends.

We recently bought a gas range and, since the old one was electric and we didn't have any available gas line in the kitchen, we started looking for a reliable company to do the work. Based on online reviews we asked two companies for estimates, one being True Home Comfort Inc. Chris and Jason came as promised (next day) and we were impressed from the start with their professional approach. Needless to say, we decided to go with True Home Comfort Inc. (best quote, prompt in response and an overall pleasant impression). Since we had the new range delivery after just few days, the availability was also an important factor. The work was done the morning after the actual delivery of the gas range and we were very impressed by the quality of their work. Actually, for the same quoted amount, they provided more, in terms of materials and functionality (providing even the flexible hook up pipe, from the wall to the range). The installation involved outdoor work (gas line), drilling the house wall (second floor), hook up and new gas range installation (including unpacking). They left only after everything was in place, satisfying every request we had (including moving the old stove in the garage). Spotless job, and not only that I recommend Chris and Jason, but in the next future we know exactly who will install the new water tank (the old one seems to be into its last days). So, yes, thank you Chris and Jason.

I wanted to get my furnace and water tank replaced. I had a few quotes done by some companies. When I contacted True Home Comfort, I instantly had a good feeling about this company. I decided to have a Tankless installed instead of replacing tank for another one. I also went with a new A/C because it was offered to me at a great price with the furnace and tankless as a package. I could not be more pleased with the work and service, great job guys.

I called True Home Comfort to get information about a tankless water heater. I spoke with Jason, and arranged for him to come by and give me a quote. I had a good feeling from the start because Jason is one of the two owners of the company and I knew he was better to speak with rather then the sub-contractors I was dealing with at some other companies. I decided to have True Home Comfort install one of their units a few days later because I trusted them and really liked the price quoted. Jason and Chris came by on time and got right to work. They were very respectful of my home and made a real effort to keep things clean. Within a few hours they had finished and i was really impressed at how neat everything looked. I have already noticed savings on my bills, and that is exactly what interested me about the tankless water heater. Thank you Chris and Jason

I hade to replace my old air conditioning in the middle of the summer it just died.I called two other companys,one was the gas company for quotes which were very questionable in there price.And then someone I know suggested calling Jason from True Home Comfort.I did call Jason and he come out that evening.Out of all three quotes True Home Comfort was the very best,Jason & Chris are very knowledgable.They came with the unit whene they said they would and on time.What i like the best about this company is the honesty they both have.They sould have called there company True & Honest Home Comfort.When they left,no one would have ever known they were there, they cleaned up the area,and it was spotless.I would very (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) this company and guys kept the honesty it always wins in the end...AGAIN THANKS JASON AND CHRIS JOB WELL DONE

I recently moved into a new house, which did not have a natural gas line for the stove. Chris and Jason arrived on time to provide a quote, which was for a gas line to my kitchen another to my deck and another into my garage. On the day of work, they showed up on time, provided friendly service, finished on time and cleaner up afterward. Another nice plus was that they explained what they were doing and why at each step, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!
