    Furnace AC and Hot Water Heater

    Right from the first meeting where we discussed options and all the way through the install process I found that Sandip and his team at Furnace Kings highly focused on customer satisfaction. Sandip told me from the beginning that his first priority was the customer and I can say this was true. All the work was completed with high quality and on time. After the install I was able to easily reach Sandip and his team when I had any questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Furnace Kings and Sandip to anyone looking to replace their furnace.

    Furnace fix and water tank replacement

    I want to say thank you for the Review Furnace King Home Services Team with urgent fix for furnace and water tank. Basically we had a red warning for both appliances in the middle of the winter. Furnace King Team helped to fix furnace is a very timely measure and provide solution for water tank with was implemented in less than 48h window. Extra point for the phone support. It actually works.

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    I highly recommend Furnace King. My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, in January 2022. I had another company visit and diagnose the issue, but they took days to organize a replacement. In frustration, I called Furnace King to see if they could help faster. A tech visited me the same day, followed by a Sales Lead - Sandip. Sandip walked me through the options and organized an install for the next day. The Furnace King team was responsive, professional, and most importantly fast in a tricky situation. Moreover - they were always on time (which is rare these days). Big thanks to Furnace King.

    HVAC and tankless hot water

    I had an opportunity to meet up Sandip from Furnace King. He is an expert in the field and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Very transparent with the cost and the whole process. The technicians arrived the next day and my hvac system and the tankless water heater was installed within the same day. I had some issue with my thermostat not being compatible with my system and Sandip offered to send a technician have my new smart thermostat installed for no extra charge. Sandip also accommodated my concerns about the installation and the cost and offered a very competitive price with a good financing option. Special shout-out to Bryan, Claudio and the boys. Thank you Furnace King for making the whole process smooth and stress free.

    HVAC Repalcement

    My first winter in a recently purchased townhouse, the older furnace had issues, I just called a few numbers searching google and then I happen to meet Mr. Sandip. The way he evaluated our needs and explained about HVAC and energy efficiency helped us make the decision. He was thoroughly professional and advised us to change both furnace and AC at the same time as they were 21 years old. He not only shared the best rates but also helped us with monthly installments. We finalized in the evening around 5:00 PM and the next day installation was done! Both Brian and Konrad were very polite, skillful, very experienced and I was amazed by all different of the tools they were carrying. Both complimented each other and exceeded our expectations with a quality installation. We are really pleased with Furnace King and would recommend Furnace King and Mr. Sandip to everyone.

    Very happy with the product and service of Furnace King

    When our furnace suddenly died just 2 days before Christmas we quickly arranged for 3 furnace companies to supply us with quotes for a new one and an air conditioner. Sandip made an excellent presentation, teaching us much about HVAC systems and what we should look for. In the end, all three companies were terrific - very responsive, thorough and professional - but in the end, Furnace King provided the best combination of product and price. Once we awarded them the job, they exceeded our expectations for a quality installation as well. Dave and Brian were skilled, experienced, polite and tidy. Really, we couldn't have had a better experience. (Unless our furnace hadn't broken at all!). ;-)

    Trane Air Condition & Furnace

    Friendly and professional service. Detail and step by step in explanation regarding the AC and Furnace advantage, benefit and cost saving on gas and hydro of using Trane. Satisfy with fast and professional installation. Overall I'm satisfy with Furnace King home services

    HVAC replacement

    Based on a strong reference from a friend who was pleased with their HVAC installation by FurnaceKing, met with Sandip to discuss options. He is a pro and explained everything I should consider from both comfort and financial perspectives. He coordinated a flawless installation by their crew of 4 on schedule. Very pleasant and informative technicians as well, who cleaned up their work area and provided a quick tour of the new furnace, AC, humidifier and Nest controller. I have no hesitation recommending FurnaceKing and Sandip to anyone requiring similar equipment.

    Furnace Replacement

    On the evening of November 14th, our furnace suddenly stopped working. The next day, I asked friends/family for referrals. A good acquaintance highly recommended Furnace King after having his furnace replaced through them & put me in touch with Sandip. Sandip contacted me right away & scheduled for a service call the next morning to diagnose the issue. Claudio, one of their senior technicians, arrived punctually & diagnosed the issue (my vent motor had burned out). He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Sandip followed up promptly & discussed repair vs replacement options. He took the time to answer all of our questions (as a trained engineer, he’s very knowledgeable). After weighing the pros & cons, we decided to have the unit replaced. The work was scheduled immediately & Sandip kept in constant communication with me to ensure that the process proceeded seamlessly. When you read the other reviews & the responses by Anthony (who I believe is one of the owners) mentions being only “one phone call away”…this is no exaggeration! Sandip was very generous with his time & made himself available day/night to address any questions or inquiries that I had. The installation was performed by Brian & Konrad. Both were punctual, professional, and courteous. They worked great together as a team and took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as accommodate any special requests (e.g. additional sealant around the PVC piping, checking the functionality of my humidifier, etc). Sandip, Brian, and Konrad: if you’re reading this, thank you again for everything.
