    Furnace installation

    Joe and Junior did a very neat, professional job installing our Trane furnace and humidifier We also would like to thank Sandip who sold us the furnace after explaining to us the pros and cons of the different brands We will always choose Furnace King for our heating and cooling as the service is simply superb

    New Furnace

    We purchased our house less than a month before our furnace started making horrific noises. The furnace was 15 years old and the original company who installed it went out of business. You can imagine the stress for brand new home owners, but thankfully Furnace King took over the original company’s existing clients so we didn’t have to look far for help. Furnace King sent a technician within hours. Due to the age of our furnace, we weighed the options to replace the part or replace the furnace to avoid further issues. We opted to invest in a new furnace, being January we didn’t want to risk it happening again. By that evening, Sandip met with us to discuss options. He was informative and thorough, and we felt confident in his recommendations. The next morning, John and Jr installed our furnace. They were great - quick and communicative! From our first call to the installation it was 24hrs! Amazing service, product and installation. Highly recommend.

    Tankless installation

    Overall we are very satisfied with Furnace King recommendations and services (i.e. yearly maintenance) We had a recent issue with our existing hot tank water and we replaced it with a tankless water heater as recommended by Furnace King The installers are licensed and professional and the installation was done efficiently

    Furnace Replacement

    We’ve been using Furnace king for furnace and AC maintenance for years. When our 18 year old furnace finally kicked the bucket, they came through for us as always. They initially tried to fix it. When it broke again, they didn’t charge us to return. It was pretty cold out so the owner came out on a Sunday and started the replacement process. He also fixed it enough at that visit to keep it running until it was replaced. Their furnace expert, Sandip came out to educate us about our options. He was great. The installers were there a couple days later with the new one. They always charge a fair price and try to educate clients at each visit and they never pressure you. All of the people we’ve dealt with over the years have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were very diligent about masks and social distancing when they were here to replace the furnace, and they left our place as clean as they found it. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

    New furnace installation

    Sandip was amazing. He was clear in explaining and was not pushy like other sales people. I would recommend them to my family and friends. The work was done with at most care.

    Furnace and air conditioner upgrade

    I was very impressed with the entire process, from the sales visit to the installation and the subsequent follow up! Both the rep and the installers were exactly on time and completed all the work exactly as agreed initially, both were very professional and courteous and made the entire process easy. Both the product and the quality of the work are top shelf and I am very happy with the end result. I would strongly recommend!

    installation of new HVAC system (furnace)

    The representative of the Furnace King company was very correct, accurate and informative. He presented me a number of options with the model most suitable for my home. The installation was on time. The two technician removed the old furnace and installed the new one smoothly. They pointed out existing problems and suggested solution for the old AC system. All in one it was a good experience. The furnace runs well. I was given a contact numbers to follow up in case problems arise and an assurance the any dissatisfaction or technical problem I experience will be addressed within 24 hours.

    HVAC system (Furnace, AC, Tankless Water Heater & Humidifier)

    Sandip (Home Comfort Advisor) provided a high quality and detailed explanation on the proposed products based on my requirements. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get clarifications. Flexibility and patience throughout the discussion. Competitive price and great warranty cover. Excellent work on the day of the installation. Thorough professionals with friendly service. Great post-installation follow up. I think I got real value and end-to-end quality service for the amount I spent.

    New HVAC Installation

    The entire experience from initial sales consult to installation was smooth, quick, and efficient. Sandip was great in educating me on the furnace and a/c options available, and what was best suited for my home. The installers were very clean and efficient, providing me a brief instruction on the basics of use. I would highly recommend Furnace King!

    New air conditioner installed

    I was treated like a customer from my first call to Furnace King, as well as by the visit of their sales rep and then by the service technicians for the installation of the new air conditioner. They are all professional and competent and on time. The service techs did a great job and cleaned up very well. An after installation call for a small correction was handled quickly and professionally. I chose Furnace King for the new air conditioner installation as I have had positive experiences with them for furnace maintenance as well as hot water heater repairs and past air conditioning issues.
