    Outdoor railing installation

    The railing installation was done very nicely and the price was quite reasonable. The project estimator Dorian was very pleasant to deal with and addressed all my concerns prior to the installation and after. This is an excellent company and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my family and friends.

    Eavestrough

    The work was fine but I have called them 6 times in the last 5 weeks to come out to look at my Eavestrough where I spotted an issue . I sent the pictures and video and still nobody responds . After you have paid nobody seems to care !!!

    Eavestrough Replacement

    After cleaning and recaulking our eaves for a few years, we realized that they needed replacement. We had two referrals to Royal Crown. Dorian was very quick to return our initial phone call and to come out to our house and give us an estimate and also came to inspect the job partway through. We had to wait 3 weeks (a bit longer than the 10 day estimate). The two man crew worked hard and were very polite and efficient during the two day job. Thanks to Daniel and to Ilir (Lee) for a job well done and for cleaning up our property prior to departure.

    Eavestrough and downspout replacement

    I had a small eavestrough and downspout at the front of my house that seemed to overflow even after cleaning out the leaves. It seems to be contributing to the paint peeling off the front of my house (which I have since had removed). I sought out quotes from a few eavestrough specialists from Homestars and went with Royal Crown to be prompt, competitive and professional. They came out when they said, completed the work within the day and cleaned up afterwards. They even fixed damage to a soffit caused by a raccoon that they noticed.

    Full trough and downspout redirection, replacement

    We had Royal Crown out to fix work done by a previous company whose work amplified our ice damming and icicle problems. Alex and Damian from Royal Crown were communicative, flexible and prompt with calls and emails. The installer was conscientious, although the fact that a trough installer did not know what to do with the heating wire installed in our existing troughs was a bit bewildering. Royal Crown's work did help reduce (but not solve) our ice problems, however, since the install we've had drips and leaks in a few spots and two portions of trough that pool water and do not drain properly. Unfortunately, despite multiple requests, we have not been able to coerce Royal Crown into returning to fix these problems. We definitely prefer Royal Crown to the other company we've had in the past, but it looks like we will have to get a third company out to work on our troughs.

    Capping windows and doors

    1. In the middle of the summer when most of the companies refuse to do the job they accept right away to do the job. 2. They understand my request for a fast job and scheduled my job in less than a week. 3. They do a very good job. 4. Price was decent. I will highly recommend this company. Thanks, Adam

    eavestroughs

    I am highly impressed with the work that Royal Crown Aluminum did on my eavestroughs. This company was impressive from start to finish. Dorian, who gave me my estimate, is a completely honest business man who does not try to sell you anything that you do not need. Alex, from the office , promply booked my job and is a very courteous and professional person. Lee and Ricardo, the instalers, impressed me the most.Lee really knows his job and helped me with several decisions in regards to the downspouts.Both men were very professional, polite and did a great job. When the job was completed, you would never know they had even been there,as my property was immaculately clean. I would hire this company again and recommend them to anyone who asks!

    Eavestroughs

    Royal Crown Aluminum is one of the most unprofessional companies I've had to deal with. I chose Royal Crown based on HomeStars ratings and am very disappointed with my selection. They came in the Spring to replace our Eavestroughs and during the process they damaged one of our screen windows. They said they could fix it so we made the trip to their offices and dropped off our screen. That was MONTHS ago and ever sense then they have been ignoring ours numerous calls. Every time we call the receptionist assures us that someone is following up and will call us shortly. One week goes by and nothing happens. Very unprofessional company. I would not recommend them. Its been several months and still no resolution.

Our quality of workmanship does not deserve the rating you have provided our company. Your eavestrough installation has no issues, we did the work on the day that you requested and cleaned up. The screen was replaced and ready for pick up in a timely fashion as we agreed and no one replied to our emails or phone calls. Our office underwent renovation and the screen was misplaced and we have tried locating it but because of that we are offering you a new screen.     Installing exterior railings

    Royal Crown was the only company that I could find that would services Durham region. They communicated well with me on the process. They came very quickly to measure and were very quick with installing the railings. The technician that came was very respectful, efficient, and very clean. My house looks wonderful now.

    Gutter, Siding, soffits and Fascia replacement

    We chose Royal Crown based on their reviews and started with a simple gutter, soffit and fascia job. We then decided to add a full siding replacement to our project Eni was very accommodating coming out on a Sunday to discuss and measure the extra siding component of our renovation. Once we agreed to the full price this job was started within one week .this had me worried thinking how come thy can so quickly start a job. I was so wrong . Lee and Daniel did a great job, even gave me advice on how to buy a gable vent.that had not been added to the job material. So why did I gave a 9 not a 10 because new soffit light fittings holes had to be recut. Eni should ensure his crews get soffit saws to make nice circular cuts not do it by hand, Also one aspect of the work, gable vents should have been brought up in Eni's discussion about the work required. Despite this two small issues I ma very happy about the job and my neighbours compliment us on the work done.
