    Siding install (Sigiwall and Metal siding)

    We had hired someone to install our siding and it soon became evident that they had no clue and they were ill prepared to install this siding (or any other siding at all). We called Royal Crown and spoke with Dorian who came out and was very professional and timely on getting back to us with a quote. He also accommodated our very tight timeline. The day the crew showed up they were fully prepared and had read the instructions for the product install. They had to remove the work that was started by the other company I had hired to actually make things right. They were courteous and very capable of doing what they were hired to do. Dorian was a great project manager and was in contact with us at least 2 times a day and insured that the job was done well, on time and within budget. I would recommend them for any such work! They turned what could have been a complete disaster into a beautiful result.

    Cement-board siding on new addition

    Friendly, competent, thorough, and efficient. Darius agonized over the details of laying out our board and batten cement siding (Hardy board) to minimize material costs but make sure the results (layout and colours) were aesthetically pleasing. The installers very carefully seamed the flashing between the new addition and existing house and installed all flashing and downspouts. The results are very pleasing and well constructed.

    Eavestrough, Soffit and Fascia Replacement

    We needed to replace the eavestrough, soffit and fascia of our home, which included the main house, front porch, back mud room and garage (only the eaves on the garage). Dorian at Royal Crown came by right away to view the project and provided us our quote in a timely manner. Dorian was great to deal with and made the entire process worry free. The crew came by and was done in about 2 days, and cleaned up after themselves. As we are waiting to have our front porch updated, Royal Crown was also agreeable to come back to complete this aspect of the project. The new soffit, faschia and eaves look fantastic.

    Renovation

    Called for quote was very pleased with the knowledge and detailed explanations given by the representative. I obtained 2 additional quotations for the job and your company provided he best price and information about the job. would definitely recommend to a friend for future work sites.

    Kitchen

    A friend recommended me to Royal Crown so i called to get a quote. I was contacted the next day. They came to do the work the following week. I found them to be very effective at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone. GREAT service

    Eavestrough, soffit & downspout replacement

    Royal Crown Aluminum's service and value are outstanding. Called around for quotes and Royal was extremely competitive. The work was completed on time and the site was left clean and free of debris. My neighbour was also impressed and asked for their contact information. Highly recommended!

    Siding and Capping

    My house is always very cold in the winter and I was told that sealing the house from the outside would help. My house was due for an update so I got in touch with Royal Crown Aluminum after my neighbor highly recommended them. The process went smoothly from the initial estimate to the day of installation. I decided to get vinyl siding with added insulation to aid my winter chills. The boys did an amazing job and even put capping around my windows. Hopefully this will help. A.

    Eavestrough

    Royal Crown was working down the street from my house and I called the number on the truck for a quote. The office arranged an estimate for the next day with Dorian and i had the work done the following week. I found Royal Crown to be very reasonable with their pricing and there team of installers did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Eavestrough Repair

    Had front corners of eavestrough caulked October 2012. Called November 11, 2015 to repair again since were never fixed properly. I knew that there would be no warranty and I needed the work to be done. Traced several times but no reply so emailed to say I will give negative feedback on Homestars if no answer and received a call within 10 minutes! I was told that it was not possible to repair the corners and that I would have to replace ALL of my eavestrough since it's all the same level on the house. It was repaired before but can't be done now?! Many companies on the internet provide this service and also show how to repair. I even asked them to repair now and I would consider all new eavestrough in the spring. I did ask for a quote but needless to say I still have not received and no longer wish to receive.

    Hello Barry, We would like to take this opportunity to apologize that it took so long for us to respond to your request. All the information was immediately forwarded to our estimators for a quote, however it is the busiest time of the year and we are receiving an overwhelming number of calls for repair quotes before the winter. Our office staff have guidelines to follow when scheduling an estimator to go to a customer’s home and provide a quote. It was unfair of you to attempt to intimidate our office staff by claiming in an email that if you did not get an immediate response you would write a negative review towards our company. It was mere coincidence that the estimator contacted you when he did as these are two separate departments. In 2012 we completed the quoted work and performed all outlined tasks to aid in the functionality of your eavestrough. You were advised at that point in time that you required new eavestrough installation and this would only be a quick fix. Stating that we did not do our job properly is incorrect. We as a company rectified the issues quoted and we feel that replacement of eavestrough is required rather than merely another repair as you discussed with the estimator on Nov 24,2015 . We did not provide you a quote because you did not like our recommendations. Any quote we provide is accompanied by our warranty agreement which in this case we cannot stand by. This is why although we have fixed this problem once before it is against our better judgment to fix it again. This was properly explained in 2012. We strongly stand by our laborers and the materials we use to complete any job. We would rather be a company that denies business we cannot guarantee then one who accepts a job without the intent of completing it to the best of our ability. Thank you, Royal Crown Aluminum Inc.

    Eavestrough and downspout replacement.

    UPDATE: I've revised my earlier assessment of Royal Crown after being pleasantly surprised by their recent follow-up service. Although my initial experience with Royal Crown (and its aftermath) left something to be desired, they recently contacted me in an effort to address a number of concerns. This time around, the company sent a new assessor/estimator, Eni, who was tremendously professional, kind, courteous, and thorough in both his explanation of various potential problem areas and the repairs he conducted on our downspout. Both he and Rachel, the acting office manager, were lovely and thoughtful, and followed up to ensure that the work was complete and to make sure I wasn't left with remaining questions or concerns. Although I was dismayed by our previous miscommunications and by aspects of the work that was done, I have to say that Royal Crown has made a tremendous effort to rectify the situation, and I would recommend them based on the quality of their repairs and their recent customer service.
