I needed venting put in for a kitchen hood - including ducting, a new hole for venting at the side of the house, cutting cabinets, and reconfiguring my existing hood from recirculating to outside venting. From the first interaction with Vince to scope out the job to Joe and Dmitri completing the job, the Kitchen and Bath guys demonstrated professionalism and pride in doing the job right. Vince took the time to explain his proposed approach, his reasoning, and the potential risks and plan B. Dmitri and Joe showed up on time, were very personable, did a great job, followed by a high quality clean up. Very pleased with the whole experience, and would definitely do business with them again.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work requested and completed by Kitchen And Bath Guys. After submitting our request for quotes on our planned project, of the contractors that responded, Kitchen And Bath Guys had the highest satisfaction rate documented. We reached out to Kitchen And Bath Guys and were immediately contacted by the Operations Manager Vince Spitale. After briefly discussing our project ,Vince came to our home to inspect and get a first hand look at the area that we were considering altering. Within a few days Vince supplied us with a very detailed quote that documented all aspects of the project including a very detailed cost analysis. This detailed direct communication and solid previous customer satisfaction results made our decision very easy to award the contract to the Kitchen and Bath Guys company. Our project was completed in a very timely manner by very polite and experienced workers with no additional cost impact as per the original quote.

Renovating is messy & expensive. There is no way around it! But, if you have talented people working in your home, like Vinces people, and a responsive Contractor, as Vince is, then you have confidence the job will get done! Vince also did problem solving along the way, with various challenges as we tried to figure out a complicated instal. for a fireplace wall. The outcome, our main floor looks amazing! A complete facelift! We are very happy with the results!

After they renovated almost our entire ground floor (especially kitchen & family room) in 2016, and our guest bathroom in 2023, they have just finished a full renovation of our en suite bathroom. This included removing a jacuzzi, relocating the shower, blocking a window, extending the vanity and adding additional storage space and a heated floor. We cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with Vince and his crew. They are always punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. Vince's estimate of how long the job would take was dead on, and he made excellent referrals to a plumbing supply and a tile store. Vince did an outstanding job renovating the main floor of my home, which included a complete overhaul of three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. They handled everything from demolition to final finishes with great attention to detail. The project included new insulation, drywall, hardwood flooring throughout, custom closets in the bedrooms, and beautiful tile work in the foyer and bathroom. Throughout the process, Vince and the team stayed on schedule, communicated clearly, and were always open to feedback. Their professionalism and craftsmanship have truly transformed our home, and I couldnt be happier with the results. On time, on budget, excellent workmanship, great customer service, no surprises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience start to finish. We recently had the pleasure of working with Vince and the Kitchen and Bath Guys team to perform the renovations on our 3 bathrooms. Two were complete renovations, one was a modest refresh. Vince was highly recommended by a friend and satisfied customer. With all the great reviews on Homestars we knew we would be in good hands. Vince responded promptly to our initial contact, and we set up a meeting in our home to discuss what we wanted done and to begin the planning process. He patiently answered all our questions and guided us expertly through the many, many design decisions in choosing materials and finishes. Once the job started, we met the rest of the team Joe, Josh, Dimitri and Kevin. What a great group to have in our home every day friendly, respectful, easy to work with. What impressed us from the start was their commitment to providing excellent customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond. All throughout the process they were very helpful in making the all-important daily decisions. They were on time each day and kept a clean worksite. It was evident that they took pride in their workmanship. Throughout the renovation process Vince always let us know in advance what work was scheduled for each day and who would be on site. There were several contractors involved in the process and they too were friendly, helpful and provided excellent work. In the end we were completely satisfied with our beautiful new bathrooms. We would highly recommend - without hesitation Vince and the Kitchen and Bath Guys team for any home renovation. We look forward to working with them on our next project (already underway).

We just finished out bathroom reno with Kitchen & Bath Guys and I cannot recommend this team enough! Communication and coordination with Vince was easy and quick. He was truthful to the scope of work needed and was transparent in pricing and timeframe. Our onsite lead Josh was punctual, communicative and very skilled in his trade. The work looks incredible and he kept the jobsite tidy throughout the project. They asked appropriate questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted when it came to layout and design & they finished ahead a schedule (an added bonus!). We will absolutely be keeping Kitchen and Bath Guys in mind for out future reno projects.
