I decided to upgrade/update my partially finished basement, and while searching for a final estimate, I came upon Vince. NO REGRETS!! Vince and his team, which are an amazing group of gentlemen, were fantastic from start to finish. Budget was maintained and so was the schedule - even with a slight foundation issue that we encountered. Transparency, no BS and open communication is what I appreciated the most! Shout out to his crew: Joe, Josh, Dimitri, Kevin, and Adam. Cant forget his subcontractors Mark, Greg, Brandon, and Lance - sorry if I forgot anyone. I was seeing these guys daily while working from home :) And let me tell you how amazing the cleanup was! Every time they left, they took the time to wipe up the floor. BTW, when they say they will be there for 8am, be prepared for the doorbell to ring by 7:59:59am :) Would I be reaching out to Vince for a future reno? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend Vince and his team? 100% Again...thank-you Vince et al on the finished product.

This was our first renovation, and we did a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Kitchen & Bath Guys were recommended by our cabinet designer, and our experience was very positive. The work started early, and all the various trades were efficient, knowledgeable and personable. They cleaned up every night before they left, and we are delighted with the final product.

We found Vince and his crew through Homestars and had them complete a kitchen renovation including tile flooring throughout the main floor and the widening of a doorway from our kitchen to the dining room. We are more then happy with the work they did. everything was on schedule and budget. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, extremely organized and transparent. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

I highly recommend Vince and his team for the work they did on our shower. One of the most important things for my spouse and I were to have good and clear communication with the company we wanted to hire. You can always count on Vince to get back to you promptly. In addition, he managed to still squeeze us in at the end of the year for a project we wanted to get done for quite some time, we truly appreciate the fine work done on our shower. In addition, his team does a very clear work, including the demo. I've never seen such clean work done in a renovation. They were also attentive to any questions we had and anything we wanted to get fixed. You can trust that this company will come through for any project.

I would like to offer my highest recommendation to Kitchen and Bath Guys. Vince did a small project for us 20 years ago, not only did he stay in touch (never EVER with a hard sell), it stands as testimony to the idea of customer service on steroids. Two years ago, my wife and I began discussing a renovation, the scale of which we had yet to determine. Vince advised us not to go as high end as what we had suggested in our preferred scenario. He assured us if we scaled it down, we would get a better return on our investment. This point resonated, as it demonstrated that in addition to the high quality of work, Vinces financial sense was very refined. When we agreed to a particular scope of work, it came in under budget and on time. The operational approach he took in informing us in advance of all the steps that were required to be taken left us with zero surprises. His team was polite, professional, and highly skilled. Special thanks to Adam, Joe, Dimitri, Kevin, Josh, as well as all their subcontractors. Top notch folks for a top notch job. An incredibly professional organization I would recommend to anybody. Kitchen & Bath Guys completed a reno to our entire home with no room left untouched. The project includes the removal of a load bearing wall doubling the size of our kitchen, remodelling of all bathrooms, new floors throughout, a staircase refurbishment, basement reno and new closet systems. Vince and his entire team including all contracted Trades made the large scale project remarkably smooth. All work was completed as agreed, on time and on budget with exceptional quality. We would highly recommend this company.

Vince and his team did a complete main floor renovation for me. Going into the process I was extremely nervous and didn't know what to expect. As we all know, people are scared to work with contractors / home renovation companies. Vince was nothing like the horrible stories we have all heard from our friends and families. Vince and his team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, client-focused and last but not least AMAZING to work with. Vince is responsive to all emails, questions, concerns and puts his clients first. He goes out of his way to ensure client is happy. Thank you to Kevin, Dimitri, Adam, Josh, and of course Joe. A huge shout out to Joe for finishing up all the last minute details. Joe is REMARKABLE. He's the best there is. They are all awesome to work with. My reno took about 10 weeks and in those 10 weeks I never had to ask Vince once what was happening and when were things going to get finished. Vince is extremely professional and has his team like a well oiled machine. Vince alsways kept me informed about progress and who was coming when to do what. I never once had to ask Vince how come no one is showing up, why aren't things being done cuz I knew Vince had everything lined up. Everyone that he sent over was professional and a pleasure to work with. I have also asked for few extra stuff and Vince was gracious enough to make it work for me. I would be calling Vince and his team for all my future projects and I would definitely recommend Vince to anyone and everyone I know. HIS WORK IS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! After hearing so many horror stories about contractors my wife and I were apprehensive about embarking on the biggest renovation to date. We did the standard three quotes for both of the bathrooms (powder and main) using Homestars and one of the quotes was from Kitchen and Bath Guys. Vince Spitale reached out to me not too long after and came by our place for a free quote. My wife and I appreciated his personable, humourous yet no bs approach and the fact that his recommendations of the job werent based on upping the bill but making the final product as best as it can be and within budget. There were no extra costs that mysteriously popped up because all the extras that we wanted were agreed to and put into the contract before the work started. I also appreciated that he was always available for questions and he understood that this was foreign to us. The communication was fantastic throughout the process and he was open and honest about the job. I also have to mention how incredible his team was including his subcontractors as they were friendly and hardworking. The rotation of who was coming in was very well organized and I could see progress everyday. Vince wasnt satisfied until we were and he would check up on us to see whether he and his team were meeting expectations. Overall, this was a great experience which exceeded our expectations and I plan to use Kitchen and Bath Guys to renovate the entire house in the near future. I would highly recommend Vince and his team for any of your general contracting needs. *The cost only includes labour (not extras and furnishings)

Kitchen and Bath Guys are the absolute best at what they do. Very professional from start to finish. My main floor looks fabulous new oak hardwood, and tile, all new kitchen, attention to the details is what's so impressive.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who will listen. I'm showing it off to my neighbors, family and friends.
