Product is great but does not compensate for the sub par service and the time you have to spend to get anyone to contact you and have their mistakes corrected. Emails not replied to, phones not answered. Get everything in writing because they change their story. Hold back some of the balance because after your invoice is paid you are no longer on their radar. GM Jimm is evasive when contacted about the issues, "they are so busy", aren't we all. I had to go to social media before I could get a response from the office. My initial deposit was made in September 2017 and still trying to get the last few issues fixed. Days off work just keep adding up. Not worth it!! **IN RESPONSE - I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY TO AN EMAIL DATED JUNE 15TH, I HAVE REPLIED TO EVERY EMAIL IN SAME DAY RECEIVED.**

Hands down the most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not sure how other reviews are giving them a 10 star. My poor experience closely resembles that of many other reviews on pages 2 and 3. To summarize; I need one single little window replaced in my home, that took 8 months to complete. Due to zero attention to detail on their part my window was ordered wrong TWICE! They had to re-order my window literally 3 times to get it right. At one point they only realized it was the incorrect window after they had already removed the existing one and left a gaping hole in the master bedroom during the middle of the winter...at this point I just instructed them to install the wrong window so the home could at least have some heat retention and be livable. Unfortunately I had tenants living in the home at the time so I actually reduced their rent during winter for all the inconvenience Northern caused. For all these frustrations they offered a pitiful "discount". Furthermore when asked about the GreenOn Rebate they said they will not submit it unless the account is paid in full. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

A big thank you to Scott and Larry for the professional job they did with the trim work on all my windows. They work great together as a team and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing. Their attention to detail on the window trim was exceptional and exceeded my expectations on the finished product. It's very clear that they take a lot of pride in the work they do. I'm not sure if your employees get these reviews so I would appreciate it if you could pass this message on to them and thank them for a job well done.

I am very pleased with the windows, the excellent quality and the tidy cleanup. The work progressed very efficiently with little inconvenience in the home. Tyler was very pleasant, extremely professional, cheerful and certainly worked hard.

On behalf of 4 neighbors and I, we had entertained 9 separate quotes for our new home windows. Northern Comfort's "RevoCell" was the best quality window and Northern's 20 Year All Inclusive NO Hassle Guarantee was the best price out of all our quotes we received which also included big box outfits. All 4 homeowners agreed unanimously to go with Norther Comfort. My window installer, Tyler and his team, was very pleasant, informative cheerful guys which installed my new windows perfectly and cleaned up as if no one had worked in my home. I am very satisfied of my new windows, their operation and installation by Northern Comfort. Well done! 2 Thumbs Up! Absolutely would recommend!

Andrew Havlis and Antonius Installed my Windows today. These guys are good! Really good!! Very fast efficient and detailed. I’ve had windows installed on three other properties and these guys are by far the best. I would highly recommend this company and these two fine gentleman to get the job done right!! Well done guys!

Tyler Proud installed our replacement windows today. We are very pleased with the product itself and Tyler did an excellent install job. He even created a special trim for one window. All in all we have been very pleased with our Northern Comfort experiences and will recommend them.?

This week we had 17 new windows installed. We had the pleasure of having Mitch, Allen and Paul. Each one of them knew what their job was and completed them in a very professional manner. The finished job is awesome.

John, John and Dale from the Northern Comfort Team were awesome! They were efficient, friendly and the final installation is just gorgeous. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a beautiful window installation.

Amazing installers. Andrew Havlis and Antonius Fudge. Unbelievable attention to detail. Capping, caulking and trim work above reproach. Andrew was the lead hand and Antonius was Andrew's assistant. Every step of the project was explained in detail. Andrew even took the time to show me a complete window installation from beginning to end. All work areas were covered with new mats and all debris was removed after work was completed. The project took two days. Andrew and Antonius arrived as scheduled. It was truly a pleasure to have these two professionals install windows at my home.
