Absolutely impeccable workmanship and installation. Sean & Rick were great to have on site to work on our home. They were courteous, competent and cleaned up after the work was completed. We were nervous as we have never had the expense of replacing a big ticket item like windows, but having them complete our windows on schedule was fantastic. We used our own trim and the trim work was very well done. Not having to clean up after a contractor is amazing. We would absolutely have them back for our other window projects in the future. Lost order then missing window from order now don't have date for completion. Unreliable company slow to respond and won't commit to when it will be made right. Windows we did get were made wrong but we cant seem to get a date when the right ones will arrive.

Highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows, have used them twice for whole house window replacement. Both times salesperson & installers were excellent. However, this time the installer crew of Mitch, Allen & Paul were beyond our expectations, the detail of the trim work on our exterior walls with field stone was absolutely amazing. Thank you, we will definitely continue to recommend Northern Comfort Windows.

Sean and Rick did an amazing job with my windows, I am so pleased with the workmanship. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Sean walked me through everything that was going to happen as to not expect surprises. I was so impressed too that they cleaned up after as well. I have not experienced that before. Sean and Rick were my installers for this project, they were fast efficient ,paid attention to detail and were very approachable with questions and concerns that arose as the project was underway. I would highly recommend these two installers for any window and door installation truly a pleasure to deal with these two guys.

Today I had my windows installed by an amazing crew of guys from East Coast Artisans Inc. who were contracted by Northern Comfort Windows and Doors to install new windows in my home. I can not praise these guys enough for their amazing work, attention to detail, light hearted fun personalities and incredible work ethic. They were so incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were happy with the end product. They treated our home with extreme care and made sure it was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you Ryan and Crew!!!
