Right from the start with the sales person(Rick)who was very informative and personable, made the decision very easy to choose Northern Comfort Windows and Doors. This is our 2nd time working with Northern Comfort. There product is top class. Everyone was professional and courteous. We have worked with Peter H. both times. We would highly recommend him to any new customers. There were only a few minor issues with instillation of our doors. The screen on our patio door was shipped to us with a flawed screen. When contacting Jennifer (repairs) to replace it, we were given the run around as a few times they said they would be coming to pick it up to replace the screen and never showed. The installation crew also left a mess. There was spots of dark caulking all over our new interlock walkway in the front and in the back there was sharp pieces of metal left on our deck. Overall, we are very satisfied with the sales team, the product look, and the product quality. We were less than satisfied with the installation crew.

I have had work done by Northern Comfort on three occasions over the years. I have always dealt with Rick Styka one of their Sales Consultants. Rick is very knowledgeable and efficient and one of the many reasons I keep dealing with this company. I always feel that they want my business and provide a very fair price for the high quality of work that they do. I have never been disappointed! This company definitely has a strong focus on the client experience from Rick all the way to their office staff. Delivery of the door was on time and the office staff was great at working with me to schedule an install date that worked in my busy schedule. The team that did the install were outstanding and I felt they did the work as if they were doing it for themselves. The work site was left very clean and they ensured I was aware of all the features of the new door. You know this company has a strong focus on me the “Customer” when they do a follow-up call a few days later to find out how the install went and how satisfied I was with the new patio door. I will defiantly be using Northern Comfort to replace my front entrance door.

I have had Northern Comfort Windows and Doors replace all the windows and doors in my home. The four basement windows just done were the last to do. This company sells excellent products and the service is outstanding. I am particularly impressed with the installation. Every door and window has been installed properly, with all the finishing touches inside and out professionally done. The installation teams have all been friendly and professional, leaving my home neat and clean, inside and out. I re of mend this company to everyone who wants to replace their windows and doors!

The installers restored my faith in the Company along with an excellent product. The salesman, Peter Hornung and installation manager were ignorant difficult to deal with. The salesman sold me windows and patio doors with the promise of replacing all framing to the studs. When the patio door required minor frame replacement extra costs came up. I was overcharged from quote to service agreement and the salesman was very cold and an poor ambassador for his employer.

We love our new windows. The staff at Northern Comfort Windows and Doors LTD were fabulous to deal with. We received prompt service from start to finish. Everyone was very professional; and the installers were very courteous and treated our home like it was their own. Job well done! I would recommend this company to others!

I bought a kitchen window and door and had them installed. We were told by the sales person that the installation can be done on week nights or afternoons or weekends. When they called to schedule a time they said it could only be done at 9am or 1pm and they need to be there for 4 hours. I was able to push the installation time back to 2pm on a weekday and take off work, I got a lot of rudeness from the scheduling lady about having to change the schedule. Installation crew showed up on time, was very polite, did an excellent job, finished earlier than expected. Only downsides to that was that my original blind for the window didnt fit, they stained my deck in sections with caulking, they left 12 screws randomly around my yard i had to pick up either by my hands or feet accidentally, and a piece under the door wasnt caulked completely. Potentially to be a great installation team, i think it was an unfortunate circumstance where i got less than great service. My PO#/Invoice # was 111232. Adam

I would highly recommend and have since recommended to 2 friends!! I appreciated the great recommendations made by Mark / I can now open my kitchen window without using a step stool. I really like the awning windows. Darryl & Josh are a happy hard working team & I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail with the wood frames. Darryl was even able to reinstall my bedroom blind using his expertise.

We had NCW&D replace two very large windows at the front of our house. Andrew and Mitch were the installers and they surpassed my expectations by a large margin. They were extremely efficient and did an outstanding job leaving the finished product looking like a work of art. Highly recommend these guys.
