Installation crew Andrew and Remy did an excellent job, however the windows were either measured incorrectly or made to the wrong specs. So the boys had to be a little inventive to make sure they fit properly.

Excellent work!! Starting from meeting with Sean to pick out the windows and doors to the installation. Very polite and professional. We liked them so much that we are ordering our garage door now.

We had Northern Comfort replace one window before. We were so impressed with the quality of their product and the knowledge of their salesman, Greg Flowers, and the quality of work done by their installers, Andrew and Mitch that there was no question of going anywhere else for these 5 windows. We will be back in the future to replace/upgrade some more windows. Every one we dealt with was knowledgeable and .very professional. The installers did an excellent, job and really cleaned up well after they finished. I highly recommend Northern Comfort

Overall, the experience we had with Northern Comfort was excellent. The staffs we dealt with were all friendly, patient, and professional. Mark from the sales team was always punctual. He addressed all the questions and concerns we had. He gave us plenty of time to review the quote and never pushed us to sign the contract. John and his team installed windows in a very efficient way. They finished the work on time, nice and clean. John also provided us the knowledge on how to use the new windows as well as some maintenance tips. In total we replaced eleven windows including two bay windows in our house. We compared the quotes from a few other contractors running business in our area. Northern Comfort offered us the most competitive price at the same level of products and service quality. The installers were absolutely great and went above and beyond expectation. They were great dealing with our 2 large dogs as well. Their work looks amazing with lots of compliments from friends and family. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I love my new patio door with the blind in the middle. the installer did amazing job and clean up after themselves. really happy will get in touch when I need windows change

The salesman was very warm friendly and professional. The installers were curious and installed the windows in less time then was estimated. This company has been used by many owners in our community and we had been told they were the best in the business so felt confident the work would be done properly and we were very pleased with the windows.

Was very please with the salesmen and the installers. Would recommend to my friends, however ordered an invisible screen and still haven't seen it, been about 3 weeks after installation. All in all a seamless process.

We where very pleased from the service, the installers where the nicest two guys ever. They were on time, well mannered and tidy with the clean up. I also want too mention the installers had too put up with two barking dogs I think I was more frustrated with the barking dogs the installers ended up befriending the dogs. A job well done! Already have recommended this company.
