This is the second time we used this company. The first time was for an entry door; we were so happy that we called them back to do our kitchen window. And now we are so thrilled with that purchase too that we are going ahead and having the rest of our windows done as well. Not only are the products good quality and beautiful, but the installation workers were beyond polite and especially tolerant of my toddlers who wanted to witness every bit of the process.

Extremely satisfied in dealing with the Sales Consultant Rick Styka who brought many solutions to choose from, to meet our requirements Installation was timely and very well done by Allan and Mac. Both were very very professional with high standards to ensure the door hung properly within the casement. They cleaned up magnificently, and have only good words to say about them all including Paulette in Barrie that did the scheduling. Definitively deal with this company again...though they need to give away better pens!!!

Dave installed our window & did a fine job. Inside & outside, facing, trim, flashing, sealing, & insulation all around, plus cleanup inside & out, all excellent. Recommend him highly. Thank you!

Very pleased with all of the installations (back door, front door, screen door and kitchen window). Rick was a helpful salesman and if we need more windows in future we will look him up. The back door was put in yesterday by Dave and he was excellent. Work was done to perfection. Would request him if more work is needed. Also pleased with service calls.

I had five windows and the back door at our house replaced and and am very happy with the work. The windows and door made a huge improvement to our house. The team was great and everyone was polite and patient with all our questions. Looking forward to calling Northern Comfort next year to have our front door replaced.

Greg Flowers is an excellent Sales Representative. He is very knowledgable and helpful, when it comes to choosing the right product. The door was installed quickly and efficiently and we love the new look it gives to our house. We would recommend Northern Comfort every time!!

Barry was great, helping me with my choice of front door. The installers took great pains to make sure my front door frame was finally fitting properly. It really helped to be able to go to the show room and actually see the doors - not just from a picture.

We had initially signed a contract with another "Big Box" store window and door installation. The window was being installed in the master bathroom, which was being renovated. The door job was for our front entrance doors. This other company was not able to provide the doors that we wanted due to an irregular size (they did not do custom work) and they were holding up the window until we decided to go with their new (ugly) design for our doors. We decided that we were going to look elsewhere. Northern Comfort came recommended to use from good friends and so we called them. From our salesman, Rick, to the installers, we had a wonderful experience. The window looks amazing and the entire process was pain-free. They were even able to put a rush on the window for us without charging extra. It was installed when they said that it would be and we are thrilled with the final product. The front doors are equally stunning. The installers were professional, friendly and courteous. They even came back when they realized, very quickly, that they had forgotten to replace the tiny finials on the top of the door hinges. It would have taken us a long time to even notice, but the fixed the issue before we even realized that it was an issue. We will be contacting them again shortly for some other windows that need replacing and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends in the future.

Northern Comfort and their installers did a great job. We had them replacement our bedroom two windows to see how well it was done along with the product. GREAT JOB! We have now ordered a patio door and another window. More orders will take place a later date.

Our daughter had all her windows replaced and was very pleased so we tried Northern Comfort on her recommendation. We ere very pleased with the quality of the work, the sales staff and their desire to give us the best experience. We would certainly recommend them to others.
