We had new patios doors put on to replace existing garden doors which opened up the view to our recently renovated backyard pool area. Barry Bingely suggested this saying it would give us a clear view and boy are we happy.

Everyone at Northern Comfort were so helpful, polite. The service men cleaned up after their day of work. No mess to deal with. We are very happy with our new window and door. Thank you Northern Comfort.

Sean was a great salesman. He showed up on time and did the quote on the spot and was available to us at a later date when it was convenient for us. John and Borin, the installers, were fabulous fellows. Mannerly and friendly and respectful of our home and each other. They were a joy to have in our home. The finished product is more than we hoped for and are thrilled. Our next project is a new front door and we will definitely be calling on Northern Comfort Windows and Doors.

We have an 80 year old house with original windows that we loved very much. We were very uneasy with how any replacement would look and feel. Did not want to lose the authenticity. Two months on the other side of the installation, we have been delighted with the results. We did not consider that the windows would be such an improvement in so many ways. Aesthetically, the look of both the interior and exterior have improved. From a heating perspective, the consistency of temperature has also improved dramatically. In terms of (fresh) airflow, we are so enjoying the ease of opening our sash windows both top and bottom which we could never do before! The installation team were excellent. Professional, courteous, communicative, clean and very polite. Cannot say enough positives about them. The sales representative was excellent both in the meeting and in a follow-up call. The after-sales technical person who came on-site to do the technical measurements was on-time, professional and polite. The whole experience was one of the best I have had in decades. Patrick M

Hi, We bought a new home in Stouffville 5 years ago. The windows lost their seal insulation after 3 years, so we decided to replace them instead of trying to repair them. We contacted several companies and in the end we decided Northern Comfort was the best for us. The Sales Rep (Peter Lalonde) was very good. He came and explained us all the details about the windows, insulation, panels, and so on. He even got a corner section of a windows, so we could see the quality of it. He mentioned the company was running a promotion at the time, a free upgrade to triple panel windows. The company allowed us to pay in instalments, after an initial deposit. We went for a replacement of all windows, the patio door, the main door and the garage door. The crew came in as per schedule. They answered all our questions, made sure there was no previous moisture or leaking, and did a very good job. We have over 16 windows: bay windows, arch windows and so on. So the sills, jambs and casings are all different. It took them 3 days to have almost all done. The only issue was that the factory sent a wrong window and we had to wait a few weeks to have the right part back. Other than that, things were smooth. Multiple windows were installed at 2 locations, and a large door. The installers were very professional, work done was completed on time, nicely finished, and they cleaned up after themselves! Salesman professional and helpful with competitive rates. Definitely would use Northern Comfort again.

Replaced the old crank window with a new slider very quickly. Arrived on time and completed the work in the time indicated. No mess, no fuss. Friendly installers and pleased with the product.
