We installed garden doors last month. Great product, the installers were very professional and cheerful. Amazing job. The same goes for the windows we installed in 2014. On both jobs the installers went above and beyond, with 100% clean up after the job was finished. We had a minor problem with one window last year, it was replaced within a week, this company lives up to it's warranty with no fuss. I would highly recommend this company.

We met with Mark out of the Newmarket office to replace all our 30+ year old windows. He was very knowledgeable, provided competitive pricing and did not pressure you into closing the sale. The windows and door did take a long time to come in from the day of purchase, however it wasn’t unreasonable. The two installers were very professional, polite and keep us update throughout the 2 day install. The overall experience was wonderful! Invoice - 110008

We met with Peter on a Saturday morning and he helped us with all the options to replace our 25 year old windows. He invited us back to the showroom to look at options. The windows arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The installers did a great job and communicated with us through the two day process. We are very happy with our new windows and our home is much warmer.

Storm doors look wonderful and the installers and sales people were professional and courteous. It did take a long time for the doors to come in after measuring (3+ months) and they required a couple of adjustments, which the team came out and did. Thanks.

Windows are lovely, installation crew did a wonderful job, they were very efficient, took my old windows away and left my home looking as if they were never there except for the beautiful new windows.

Greg Flowers was great! Gave us all the information and helped to match some of our existing glass. When the installers arrived I only found out that the hardware that had been installed was not what we had ordered because I had inquired as to why they were not keyed alike. I feel that I should have been told this when I was called to set up an installation date. Seems that there was a big hurry to get the install done (after we waited more than 8 weeks) and then everything we ordered was not available anyway. Another installer had to come on another day to install the proper hardware on all the doors. He was not told that he would have to drill the holes so he did not come prepared with the proper tools for this. So we had to wait for a third day of installation. Your salespeople and installers are great but the lack of communication between the departments seems to be missing.

From the very first dealings with the sales rep through to the final clean up , it was a great customer focused experience. Was especially impressed with the two installers. They encountered an issue with removing the old door due to the original installation. They explained the issue clearly to me and explained the risk that some existing floor tiles may break. They were truly concerned, even though it was no fault of theirs. They then worked skillfully such that only one tile ended up damaged and this they patched up so that it was hardly noticeable. I wish all home reno experiences would be so enjoyable !

Dealing with Northern Comfort's Newmarket branch was a pleasure. From the salesperson who provided a competitive price and never made me feel pressured into a deal. To the Installers who provided great service which was reliable, fast and efficient. They were very friendly and did a great job completing the renovation, including cleaning up after themselves.
