I have not had time to test the enclosure yet but I am sure it will provide the protection against the winter snow that I reqire. Installation crew arrived on time and it was installed efficiently and the site left clean and tidy.

patio door removal and install was smooth and efficient, the guys were friendly and courteous the entire time answering any and all questions. Visiting the showroom and picking the proper door was effortless.

Sales process was very and installer came on time. However, installer put a wrong size screw in the handle and said he was coming back the next day, but never showed. Phoned the company and they forwarded my call to the manufacturer who came out and fixed the handle.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, to make sure that we understood everything that was going to take place with the removal and new install of our windows. The installers were very professional and did a great job on the clean up afterward. Overall we were more than satisfied with Northern Comfort.
