Sales representative was quick, efficient, helpful and kind. Answered all questions we had in a quick and efficient manner, even on the weekends. Made himself available by email. Installation was done in a quick and efficient manner. Drop cloths were used to protect all floors, and the installers even explained things they were doing along the way. All workers arrived on time and managers followed up to make sure all went well with the installation. All in all, great to deal with and would do it again. Invoice #106499

Northern comfort has replaced all of our windows in our home and the job was done by two different crewson on two different occasions.The job was done with expertise and cleanliness both times. I would highly recommend this company.

We used Northern Comfort Windows & Doors in 2014 to replace 9 windows in our house. We really liked the service we received, so we decided to use them again to replace 6 more windows. The crew leader Josh and installer Al were very friendly, curtious guys. We will definitely be using them again.

We have just completed a backyard make over with all new interlock and the pool completely redone. The last item on our wish was to replace existing garden doors on main floor family room so we came back to Northern who had put in our new front entry way system. Barry recommended we go with patio doors to increase the view, not only does the room seem bigger the unobstructed view in one word, AWESOME. Can not wait until the invisible screen door is installed.

Invoice Number: 106154 We needed to replace all of our home's windows and patio slider because they were of extremely poor quality from the original builder. After researching several companies we went with Northern Comfort in Barrie and are extremely pleased with them. The salesperson (Greg) was very helpful; he was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. He helped us choose the best product and style for our needs and tastes. The installers were phenomenal: prompt, courteous, tidy/clean and very personable. They were diligent and worked long and hard to get the job done in the expected timeframe. They also went out of their way to remove and re-install our California shutters. There was one minor issue with the slider door's pin lock; once we reported it, a worker came right away to fix it by doing a small adjustment; no questions asked. The windows/slider are of excellent quality and we are sure we will notice a difference in our energy bill; especially this winter. Aesthetically, they are very pleasing. We believe this was money well spent and feel they did a great job! We will likely be returning to them in the near future as our garage door needs replacing! Highly recommend this company.
