Great experience, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the new windows look exceptional. We used a different contractor to replace the upstairs windows and I wish we hadn't. I would definitely recommend these guys (Kelly and Gabe) and use them again

This was our first time using Northern Home Comfort and we couldn't be happier. Our installer Ernie was very professional and provided excellent craftsmanship on the install. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future for replacing my front bay window.

We were pleased with our experience from start to finish. The salesman, Dennis, wasn't pushy and made us feel good about our purchase. On install day the crew leader, Darryl, arrived on time, prior to the crew to review the site. The crew, Greg and John were polite, courteous and above all VERY clean. We are very pleased with Northern Comfort in general. We have had all our windows replaced by them in the past as well as aluminum around the garage windows and doors. Now we've had the front doors replaced and we couldn't be more pleased with the doors and the workmanship by Josh and Al. Also, Rick has always been most helpful with all our decisions.

Good people to deal with. Everything went smoothly from the start. Mark (sales rep) was knowledgeable & explained the features & benefits clearly. We got a free upgrade to triple glazed glass. After finding carpenter ant damage to our existing original wood bay window, we bit the bullet and decided to replace the window and our front door. We obtained quotes from three companies, including Northern Comfort. Mark was the most informative, explaining the process from order date through manufacturing of the window to installation. We decided on a KV Custom Door and a North Star window. With a free paint upgrade on the door and the free triple pane upgrade promo, Northern Comfort's price could not be beat. The installation date was exactly in the range provided upon ordering. Ernie and his team mate did an amazing job, setting up protective mats on the interior of my home and ensuring that all debris was picked up following installation. Within a matter of five hours we had a beautiful new front door and bay window in place! Thanks Northern Comfort, we will certainly be using you again in the future!
