Replaced windows and doors. Make sure to ask for Darryl and Greg to do the instal. There work is top notch and you can tell they take pride in their work. Two great guys! Ask for them.

From my first call to Mark (Sales Consultant) at the Newmarket store to the installation of our windows, we couldn't be more pleased. Mark took the time to suggest the types of windows that would best suit the rooms and showed us why these were the best choices. He made a second visit out to our house to explain everything to my husband who wasn't home during the initial visit. Installation day came and the process couldn't have gone smoother. First to arrive was Borin who went around to cover absolutely everything that could get dirty or dusty during the installation process. He did an amazing job. Darryl and Greg followed shortly thereafter to help and begin the installation. This team was so wonderful and polite and worked so well together. Darryl even offered to pick me up a coffee when they were heading out for their lunch break, which was such a nice thing to do. When the work was all done, a day and a half later, they left my house as they had arrived.....clean. The quality of these windows are exceptional and the price of the windows were better in comparison to other places which I looked at. All in all, we were thrilled with how the work was done and with the staff who work for Northern Comfort Windows. We would highly recommend this company and this excellent team. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for these beautiful windows which we are enjoying immensely. We couldn't be happier!!!!

Barry is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Darryl & Greg were here on time, very polite, wrapped everything in plastic and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They explained all the workings of the new window. They work extremely well together and we definitely will ask for them again for our next project. A top of the line product and a top of the line team.

We had 5 damaged windows replaced in our 20 year old home. The whole experience starting with Dennis from the Newmarket store to the finished job was smooth and hassle-free. The installers, Kelly and Gabe, are very professional and obviously take pride in their work. Would definitely recommend Northern Comfort based on our experience. Thanks!

Our recent windows installation by NCW team Rod & Keelyn met all our expectations. Following favorable reviews as well as 2 personal references choosing Northern Comfort Windows was an easy decision and we were not disappointed. Not only did Rod & Keelyn work smoothly & steadily throughout the day they did not leave a trace of debris. They arrived early and by 6PM had completed installing 7 windows and one patio door in record time. The only issue was a minor tear in one screen which NCW responded to quickly and has already picked up the screen for a replacement. My wife & I had all of the windows in our house replaced & this work was done for us by Northern Comfort here in Barrie. Our experience with this company has been absolutely top drawer. Barrie, the salesman that sold us the window package, was extremely helpful because in all honesty we don't know anything about windows. He helped us make the right decisions on what was best for us. The actual installation was done by Dan & his assistant Randy. there are not enough words to describe the job these guys did for us. They were friendly & very professional. Dan has over 25 years experience in this industry & it shows. When the job was done, the results were incredible. The transformation these windows made to the house was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone because you will be guaranteed the best results in the industry.

After obtaining 3 quotes we selected Northern Comfort Windows & Doors to replace our garage doors because of the price and timeframes they offered. We are very pleased with the doors and the professional courteous installation provided by John M. & John V. Many of neighbors have made positive comments about them.

This is the second time I have had Northern Comfort come out to install windows. Dave and John arrived both days on time, and did a fabulous job. They were very friendly, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Not only do my windows look fabulous, but they also did a great job cleaning up after they finished. I will definitely have no hesitation in recommending Northern Comfort.
