I am very pleased with the work that was done for us by Northern Comfort. Everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. The windows that we just had replaced were replaced in 3 rooms that were probably the coldest in our house. We now notice a huge difference in the temperature of those 3 rooms.

We ordered our doors May 13, 2014. On the expected installation day (which was confirmed the day before) we were told our order had been lost and construction of the doors had not yet begun. Throughout the delay, Northern Comfort rarely communicated with us unless we called them. The doors were installed Oct 16th, more than 5 months after we'd ordered them. We had a few complaints with the doors, which were finally addressed Feb 4, 2015. Given the initial delay, we expected our concerns would be addressed as soon as possible. Our front entry door now looks great, and we were given a discount off our price, but overall we felt dissatisfied with the service we had been given.

They installed some windows and a front door at my home, this is the second time i have items installed by Northern Comfort Windows And Doors. everything was installed perfectly and explained very well, there was no mess left behind and they were very friendly. The job was done very professional and fast, i would recommend them to all my friends. I have a few more windows to do in the a spring and i will be calling them again to have these installed. Barry offered us valuable advice in deciding which products best matched our home design. Our fiberglass door garners lots of attention and his suggestion of purchasing sliding doors instead of garden doors at the back made sense. Thanks for everything Barry.

We replaced our front door and it was better than I expected. It looks so much better than our old one. We also replaced our garage door coming into our house. It was not up to code. The installation guys were very clean and friendly.

New front entry door with glass insert and 2 side lights. Excellent service including door selection, installation and clean up by Gord. Very professional, excellent communication and follow up. Very pleased, product looks fantastic. Plan on using Northern Comfort to replace all our windows and garage doors. Very easy to deal with.

The salesman that came to the house was great. He answered all our questions and was very helpful with suggestions. the installation was awesome, and we are so impressed with the workmanship of these products. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up perfectly.

I had the best experience today!!! Darryl and Greg came today and installed two beautiful picturesque windows and a bedroom window. Covered all of my furniture to keep the place clean, very courteous, vacuumed everything up afterwards(really didn't need to). Great job!! Would totally recommend to family and friends.
