Incredible service and workmanship! I would recommend their products, excellent service and professionalism to everyone. On time, great work ethic, and efficient craftsmanship. We have tried another local Wasaga Beach company, but we terribly disappointed.

After a thorough and thoughtful analysis and a check on previous installs, Barry recommended a garden door but regretted that it would be about 10 weeks before delivery. Imagine our surprise to receive a call in 4 weeks, saying they were ready to install. Josh and Al went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went perfectly and addressed our concerns. Already we can feel the difference. Thanks guys!

EXCELLENT SALE REP , Very Knowledgeable about windows, The only issue I had was with booking for remeasure of window . the booking lady not very friendly and hard to reach.The Installer where Excellent ,ON TIME. CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT INCLUDING VACUUMING . HAD JOB DONE ON TIME,GREAT JOB MY WINDOWS LOOK GREAT.WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I HAD OTHER WORKERS IN MY HOME AT THE SAME TIME DOING OTHER HOME RENO AND THEY ALSO COMMENTED ON THE EXCELLENT JOB . THANKS

Northern Comfort provided excellent sales information and advice which underscored their very competitive pricing. This was followed up by their installers Rod and Keelyn who arrived exactly on time and did a professional, clean installation, letting me know exactly what they were doing.

The quality of the patio doors is excellent and the installers did really nice work; they were friendly, the installation was high quality and they cleaned up all the mess.

This was the best ever, awesome stuff from the Sale to the Installation all the steps were very professional and so deserving of the people involved. Northern Comfort should be very thankful for their employees as the experience we had was the best and we will be back when it is window replacement time, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Right from the sales Rep, my wife and i had a positive experience. Especially when spending the noted type of money. Day of installation (which took 3 days) The Superviser (Darryl) and i walked all items that were going to be executed. From there he did the same with his men ( Greg and Borin). Together they executed a verbal game plan and then started work. It was nice to see Greg and Borin off the hop cover all of our belongings to ensure safe keeping. The communication and service we recieved with all 3 guys was at its peak right from when my kids came home from school down to my 2 bulldogs and of course the Quality of service. In the end , the finished product is amazing and my wife and i are still chatting at how professional it was right from the get go. My neighbours have already asked for names and cards of the installers. The sales rep Barry kept in contact on how things are going and being a supervisor myself, i was very impressed on how the men respected Darryl and vice versa...the team pretty much knew what the left hand was doing at all times. Very impressed and thankful this company was suggested from a good friend.

I highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows and doors for window installation. Darryl, Greg, and Borin were efficient with the installation and clean up. The men communicated each step of the installation process which I appreciated. They were friendly and helpful. I will absolutely return to Northern Comfort for further renovation projects.
