From the beginning I was impressed with the salesman Mark Linnemoller, the installation was done on the day promised. Minor issues were repaired by one of your workmen. Also Mark came back to view the work and corrected one problem. I base a Company's success on their after sales and installation service

Im thrilled with my experience with Northern comfort. My window shopping experience started out rocky when I was treated like garbage by the competition. Not going to deny, I was in a terrible mood when northern knocked on my door, but I went along and opened it. I was greeted by a man named Barry, what a gem. He was so pleasant and easy going. Barry was thorough and helped me pick out windows and doors without stressing me. In fact it was the complete opposite, we were laughing and having a great time. You rock Barry, job well done, thanks for the help. Then came installation time. I was dreading coming home when the installers were there, you never know who you are going to get and what the people are like. I walked into my house and came face to face with crew leader Darryl, what can I say about Darryl?, funny guy, talk about breaking the ice! Gotta say Northern I am so happy with my experience from beginning to end. Salesman was awesome and the crew, Darryl, Greg and Jason were all professional, very happy with the attention to detail. I feel special, everyone went above and beyond what was required. Very impressed with the quality of window. I dont have drafts anymore and I feel warm. oh...and I also LOOOOVE my front door. I will definitely recommend Northern Comfort to everyone. Cheers

Overall it was a job done satisfactory at a competitive price. There are a few areas that are worth commenting on: 1) Salesman was aggressive and a bit short tempered. We had talked to the owner at the showroom prior to the salesman coming to our house and he seemed annoyed that he had not been the first point of contact. The owner had promised us the lock on the sliding door would be included in the deal however the salesman was extremely annoyed when we mentioned this and he stormed out of the room to call the owner to confirm this. 2) The installation crew was very friendly and clean however they did not come prepared with all the materials. We had requested for mocha/chocolate capping on the order form however when they came for the installation, they brought white. The store could not find mocha/chocolate capping and made me call around to find out the exact color/supplier. 3) The trim installed inside once the door was in place was done very rushed. The attention to detail here was poor. They did fill in the gaps with caulking however now that the caulking has dried, there are a number of gaps between the joints. Overall we are pleased with the door that the salesman recommended. If there is one point I can comment on it would be their attention to detail and finishing could be improved on. I am extremely satisfied by the installation and service provided by Northern Comfort. Their salesman Greg Flowers was very helpful and experienced and the installation people were top notch. The quality of the windows is second to none.

I had heard about Northern Comfort from a friend. I contacted the Newmarket sales office and spoke to Dennis who was more than happy to come to Hamilton to quote my windows. My windows were just installed this week and I am thrilled with the appearance and choices Dennis helped me make. Ernie and Phil did a great job on doing a quick and clean install. I would definitely recommend Northern Comfort to anyone.

Our salesman Mark was fantastic. Never pushed us in any one direction, just made suggestions and do we love the end result. The installers Darryl & Sean were awesome. A JOB WELL DONE. CREW LEADER DARRYL AND INSTALLER GREG WERE GREAT. THEY DID GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY AND KNOW THEIR STUFF. I WOULD REFER NORTHERN COMFORT WINDOWS AND DOORS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Installers did an awesome job, very professionally done.. Darryl was quite the pleasant guy and was very nice to deal with. I would recommend this company for anyone needing doors or windows. Thank you guys!
