Greg Flowers was our sales rep. He was professional and very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Darryl Dunshon and Greg Duguid were the installers. Both were phenominal and their work was absolutely the best. I highly recommend Northern and Greg, Darryl and Greg.

All furniture was covered. The windows fit perfectly inside the frame. Our installers Darryl and Greg were professional and took pride and care with the installation. The windows look great and I am very pleased with the end result. Thank you especially to Darryl. It is very rare to see someone who takes such pride and care in the work they do.

Dennis came to our home and completely talked us out of the direction we were going in terms of well - everything! He was 100% right and we love our new door! I was doubtful at first, but Dennis absolutely knows what he is talking about! Installation was fantastic, very professional and thorough!

We had Mark (salesman) come out and price 2 patio doors for us who was very professional and gave us the best advice on which doors would fit our needs. The day of installation, the installers (Lou - Crew Leader and Graham - installer) were very prompt, thorough, clean, professional and friendly. They took extra care with the work that they did and time explaining how everything works. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone that needs work done on their home. Will be using them again and look forward to it

Peter Hornung, salesman, did a great job explaining advantages and disadvantages of various window and door systems. He answered all our questions and was very helpful on followup calls as we tried to make decisions on style, colour and grill detail. Northern Comfort was very good for working around our schedule. They arrived promptly and had the doors, windows and trim done in 2 days. The installers were very professional and personable. They left the site clean when they left. Northern Comfort was very accommodating with slight adjustments we requested. Very Satisfied and many thanks.

In November, Darryl and Jay installed my custom garden window from Northern Comfort and a storm door purchased elsewhere.
