Darryl and Jay installed our windows and they took the time to make sure everything was right and cleaned up at the end of the day. They were both friendly and you can really tell that they care about what they are doing. Matt and I were very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Northern Comfort Windows & Doors to our friends and family, especially the "Jay and Darryl Crew". Thanks so much guys!

We love our new windows & had an excellent experience dealing with Northern Comfort Windows & Doors. Mark was knowledgable, trustworthy, and willing to help make this experience smooth and successful. Mark, Josh, and Jess listened patiently and answered all our questions. When interacting with this company and their staff nothing was too hard. They went above and beyond my expectations. Our new windows look fantastic and our rooms are noticeably warmer. This company has an excellent warranty on their products and service, they've been around since 1980's, and they have a showroom where you can actually talk to them and see their products. I plan to have more windows installed and recommend this company highly.

This is my second time using Northern Comfort and again, was a very positive experience from the beginning. Barry, my salesman, arrived promptly and made good suggestions for my new entry door. The door arrived at least 2 weeks earlier than expected and was installed by the very professional crew of John and Sean. I am so pleased with the quality of the door itself and with the excellent installation. Care was taken to fit and trim the door in my older home and John K. really does excellent work. Very pleased with our new door. The installation was fast and the installers cleaned up everything with no leftover mess. We had windows installed by Northern Comfort a few years ago and were very satisfied and this is the reason for choosing them again for our new door. Invoice #103911

We are extremely pleased with our new windows and the calibre of service beginning with sales person: Greg Flowers, the man who came to measure, followed by Calvin, Dennis and Mark who did an exemplary job cutting out our 2 walls for beautifully fitted, high quality windows, and then replaced 7 other windows. They were here punctually (a bit each days little earlier than expected which was really nice), worked extremely well and efficiently as a team, were friendly but professional and focused. It was great to have their experience, including when a snag came up requiring electrical expertise. After all was in, during the final stage, Mark worked diligently to clean the windows to my picky standards as the others cleaned up. We are thrilled and have contacted Greg to order more windows. We are looking forward to Greg coming out again to price more windows followed hopefully with the same man measuring then Dennis, Calvin and Mark. Northern CWDs is the company to go for for windows and doors. as our neighbours walked by, they also agreed that they are very pleased with the work this company did for them years ago. We will also look into replacing our awning with them too! Thank you to everyone. We have a really positive experience to remember as we look through our windows! BTW, I thought of taking a picture of our windows, it the ones on-line really do represent the quality of the windows/frames. Everything is lovely and the handles fold down, the windows that we can reach are easy to clean too .

We had a leaking patio door that was causing damage to the inside of our house. From start to finish Northern Comfort was very helpful and gave an estimate that was far better than any of the big box hardware stores in town. Josh and Jesse came to install the door and were professional, they put down carpeting to keep our floors clean inside. I went on their website and requested a free quote- within days I received a call. Days later I met with the sales rep Barry Wood. What a great guy! In less time than predicted- my window was ready for install. From day 1 they worked around my schedule. Always on time. Darryl and Jay did the best job ever! They covered everything in the living room to protect against dust. They left no mess behind inside or outside. I am very happy with their service and prices also. Next project for them: front door.
