We were VERY happy with the service we received from Northern Comfort Windows. We have already had a window replaced 2 years ago, and were satisfied with the service, so we bought more windows from them this year. Rick is a super nice salesperson and went above & beyond to accomodate our wishes! The installers were very courteous and removed their shoes when putting the windows in, and cleaned everything up afterwards. They showed us how the windows operated and answered all our questions. The windows themselves are very high quality and have a great warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I felt that there was very poor communication between the installation department and the customer-I had to call several times to find out when my windows would be installed. The installers were pleasant but were too rushed because not enough time was allocated for our job-they couldn't finish in 5 days and had to return on a Sunday after doing another job on the Saturday-

Northern Comfort gave me the best value for top quality windows and price for 19 windows that needed to be replaced because I had horrible builder's quality windows in my home. I got about 6 other quotes all which were either too high in price or did not have the same quality windows. The sales person was pleasant to work with. My windows had some unique issues and they were all addressed by Northern Comfort which other window companies could not do. They have the window certified installation and manufacturer criteria, great BBB rating and a long history which is what I was looking for. Their process from sales to installation to customer service was efficient and on time. There was an issue a bay window sill that was resolved efficiently and a small error made in ordering and they resolved it without question and fast. My windows have a lifetime warranty, look beautiful, and I can feel they have made a positive difference to the temperature of my home. Thank you Northern Comfort. This amazing crew just finished a massive project for us that included a complete home window and door replacement, a gorgeous new front door, huge bay window, and a newly cut out sliding glass door in the kitchen. Darryl, Jay and Greg were the epitome of high class workmanship. They were punctual, neat, conscientious, polite and incredibly hard working. They covered everything before they began, and cleaned up before the left. I honestly feel like they see their work as art, and it shows. They went above and beyond what we had hoped for. My kids keep asking when the crew can come back again so they can spend time with them. If that isn't a glowing endorsement I don't know what is. Would I recommend them - without hesitation! Will we be return customers - absolutely! My biggest thanks and regards to these three awesome guys!

My patio door was builder quality. After seeing the lovely door you installed for my daughter I didn't have to shop around, I knew i would be satisfied with Northern Comfort. We ordered 2 new exterior doors for our home. The sales rep was Barry W. We already had business dealings with this sales rep; he sold us our new patio door, which we're very happy with. The Crew Leader for our 2 new doors was John K. The installer was Sean M. John & Sean arrived on time and worked diligently all day to put the doors in. Installations are problematic and far from straightforward. The Crew Leader was obviously very experienced and was a great problem solver. Both John & Sean were very patient and personable. Great guys who did a phenomenal job. Ten out of ten!

Darryl and Jay came to my home on Mon November 10, 2014 and did an absolutely fantastic job installing my beautiful windows. Not only did they do a great installation job, they also investigated a problem that 3 other "professional contractors" had not taken the time or trouble to resolve the problem. And, Darryl and Jay came up with a solution. I have sang there praises at all my social functions.
