Barry Bingley was very helpful in choosing the right product, Crew was awesome friendly and professional. They were very clean when working in my home and made sure it was all cleaned up before they left. Barry came by after the work was complete to make sure everything was to our liking. Having had most of my windows replaced by Northern Comfort I had no issues calling them back to install new patio doors. They were extremely professional, meticulous in the standard of work, left no mess and very polite. Having both seen and heard horror stories from friends that used other local companies I would have no issues recommending Northern Comfort to any of my friends, in the knowledge that the job will be done right, in a timely manner and guaranteed to leave the customer very happy with the end results.

We liked the quick, professional installation. There was good workmanship shown by the company reps - Dave and Greg. Our windows were in rough shape and the new windows have changed the whole look of the rooms they were installed in. We would recommend Northern Comfort in the future.

We were very happy with the product selection from Northern. The showroom has a very good selection of products and colours so you aren't just choosing from a book. The installer did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the entire process.

In store service was excellent without any pressure and a very accurate estimate was given based on my dimensions. Installation was professional and right on time Minor issue with screens was resolved without question and they were replaced. Could not be more pleased with all aspects of the installation and we will probably deal with them again.

We found our sales representative, Peter to be exceptional. He was knowledgeable, helpful with our purchase and very professional at all times. John our installer was also exceptional, from start to finish. He explained everything is was going to do and how he was going to do it. Him and his partner worked hard through out the day installing our new bay window. Upon completion John made sure that everything was cleaned up and tidy. All I have is praise for Northern Comfort - your product, customer service and workers is exceptional and I would highly recommend Northern comfort to anyone. We recently replaced the front windows on our home and were very impressed with the installation that was done by Northern Comfort Windows & Doors. The technicians were fabulous and when we discovered a slight manufacturing problem with one of the panes, the company was quick to respond and replaced the pane in a timely manner. The product is of fabulous quality and has not only made our home more energy efficient, it has also improved the curb appeal of our home! Thanks Northern Comfort!
