We recently replaced all of the windows in our home and as usual the Northern Comfort technician was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a super job and left no mess behind. He also provided us a period to ask questions about our new windows and also demonstrated their operation. I am very pleased with Northern Comfort Windows and Doors. We had them put windows in our last home and called them for this home. So far in this house we have had 2 windows and 2 patio doors replaced. Their service is outstanding, right from the salesman, Barry, to the installers, Daryl and Ryan. Customer Service follows up on the day with a visit to make sure everything is gone well. Everyone is very pleasant and they do an excellent job with the installation, cleaning up everything so it doesnt even look as though anyone was there! Northern Comfort Windows and Doors was great to deal with. They answered all of our questions. Only issue we have is that the patio door was ordered to open in the wrong direction but so far it looks like they are taking steps to rectify the situation. I would recommend this company to others. Service was exceptional from Dennis our salesman to Ernie and Phil who did the installation. The order process was explained fully and a visit to the show room gave us a complete overview of our windows and how the worked. Installation was smooth an efficient. The installers obvious take pride in their work and took the time to answer and questions we had. Our home was left clean and free of debris. Highly recommended.

Invoice#93572 I had ordered three basement windows from your company and the salesperson was very knowledgeabout in helping me choose the appropriate windows. The installers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and completed the job without any delay.The installers were able to answer any question with a high degree of knowledge about the product. They were able to demonstrate how the windows came apart for cleaning. Before leaving the area in which they worked was left clean and all debris outside was picked up. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone I happen to be in conversation with about windows. I would definately use the company again for myself. The sales person was knowledgeable and provided us with the details we required to make our decision. The installation team were professional throughout the installation. They answered questions, removed the old door and window without any damage when the old frames were removed. When the installation was done they cleaned the whole area, inside and out.

We are extremely happy with our new patio door. The installer (Dave), was very friendly, professional and courteous. He arrived on time, told us how long it was going to take, and was right-on with his prediction. He was very careful to remove the old door, and even more careful installing the new one. It was a pleasure having him in our home. The new door is amazing and it was a very reasonable price. No more drafts, thanks to the team at Northern Comfort Windows and Doors.

The sales person at Northern Comfort Window & Door Ltd (Peter Hornung) was very helpful in explaining the various window options. The installers exceeded our expectionations interms of the quality of the install and professionalism. We were very happy with the final product.

Peter, the rep, was great to deal with, giving me lots of options & suggestions to make sure I got what I needed. The installers were amazing & went the extra bit making sure my new windows were perfect and even helped me protect & solve issues on my old ones. I love the results!
