    Replaced ancient garden spigot: 100/100 once again

    When I have a plumbing issue I never bother calling around for quotes, I just call Plumbers Direct and, once again, they've proven why. An ancient garden spigot was leaking but was attached by some weird plastic compression fitting from a bygone era, and I couldn't figure it out to save my life. Tenzin came by, offered great advice, replaced the old mess with a shiny, new quarter-turn valve in his usual impeccable way, at a great price, and it all happened start to finish within about 90 minutes of my calling them. What more do you want?

    Water Leak - Sink

    Our kitchen sink was leaking beneath and we called PLUMBERS DIRECT and Peter arranged a technician to come out the same day. Tenzin was very knowledgable and made a diagnosis and repaired the pipes and fixed the leak. Very pleased with their professional service and would definitely recommend PLUMBERS DIRECT.

    Clogged Drain & Faucet

    My bathtub drain was clogged and I had an issue with my kitchen faucet. I called Plumbers Direct and they handled my request promptly. Tenzin came the following day and communicated with me when he was arriving. My faucet needed to be replaced as it was damaged and the drain was cleared and it is now working well. I highly recommend Plumbers Direct for your plumbing services.

    Valve replacement

    I've used Plumbers direct in the past and was all ways happy with there cost and service, i recently called them again to help me out on a job and they scheduled me in ASAP, with more then reasonable pricing,

    Replaced 2 toilets

    Responsive. Reliable. Responsible. I rest assured knowing that my new toilets won't give me any headaches because Plumbers Direct made sure everything worked well before they left my apartment.

    Dishwasher flooded

    I called Plumber's Direct in a panic at 10:00 pm on a Sunday when my dishwasher was flooding and I couldn't get the water to it turned off. Peter answered the phone and agreed to come out to help. He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional and made sure the flooding situation was fixed. He provided prompt service at 100:00 pm on a Sunday when I really needed it.

    Bathroom

    Required some bathroom work and got quotes and decided to proceed with Plumbers direct. Even though they were not the cheapest. Their work was okay. But after the work started he decided he was going to charge me more. I was stuck and I did not think that was ethical.

    Basement plumbing and main drain replacement - excellent & reliable service

    Plumbing issues. Over the last few weeks we experienced a drain back up which completely destroyed the contents, carpet and drywall in our finished basement. We were completely overwhelmed and in over our head. Not knowing what to do after we cleaned, removed and tore up everything we contacted about 8 plumbing companies to get an idea on what happened and what to do to avoid future problems. After spending over a week getting quotes and having many discussions with so many companies, Plumber’s Direct came on top. What I mean is from the very first phone call with Peter to my last interaction with him has been outstanding. He came the same day that I called and provided me with advice and a no charge detailed quote. You would be surprised at how many companies I called that refused to come to provide us a quote without charging us for the visit and for putting a camera in the main drain to understand the issue. Peter recommended on next steps and explained everything to us clearly. Once we decided on what to do within a few days the crew was there and tore up our driveway and replaced the entire main drain. Peter, Joyce, Tenzin and the entire crew have not only been very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest but went way beyond our expectations. The crew worked so hard and diligently, covered all their work areas, cleaned up after each job and gave us options for every step of the way. We had to replace our main sewer line which was not only damaged in some spots but was blocked in many areas with roots. Tenzin explained and answered all my questions, (and trust me we had many). I also texted Peter and Joyce with a lot of little requests and they replied each time in a very timely manner. Joyce was a phone call and text away for all our inquiries before and after all the work was completed. She took care of all the utilities locate, city permits and assisted me in applying for the rebates. The entire team is excellent and in the future we will only be calling them for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to family, friends and neighbours.
