Before the reno we had Bill and his crew waterproof and replace the floor in the basement, so it was a no brainer to have the Fairney team renovate the space. Grant, Sonny and Carly did excellent work with the re-design for my vision of the space. Always friendly and willing to explain the best and cost efficient way to proceed when answering my many questions. I must also mention that the work area was always left clean and safe at the end of the work day. If we decide to have any further work done on our house, we will certainly call Fairney and sons ! I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Bill to have some Roofing work done. He replied promptly and offered great friendly service. The work was done in a matter of weeks! We really appreciated his service!

Bill coordinated a waterproofing of our basement and the work took 2 days as promised. When we noticed an existing problem, he stayed on to hep us diagnose a plumbing issue and coordinate a plumber to come in within a few days to resolve everything. He maintained good contact throughout the job and sent pictures of the works being done. We would definitely use them again, and recommend to others.

Fairney & Sons is a great company and I would highly recommend them. They were referred to me by a friend and I was very happy I called them. Bill was very friendly, professional and was there every step of the way. The crew was quick, clean and did a quality job. We had a new flat roof as well as new shingles done on the back part of our home. We plan to call Bill in the new year to complete more shingles on the front of the house. Great job guys!

Had used Fairney & Sons for exterior waterproofing after a basement flood and Bill came through again with a garage roof repair. Hector and Paul arrived the next day and did an excellent job. They completed the work in 2 days, including replacing some bad plywood, re-shingling the roof, replacing old fascia and new eaves and leaf guard, as well as cutting back some overhanging branches. Bill regularly dropped by to check on the progress and they cleaned up and left us happy. We plan to have Bill back in the spring to repair some masonry work and look forward to another great experience.

Bill and team have completed a couple of projects for me now. First was resurfacing concrete deck and tuckpointing. They did such a great job for a reasonable price we called them for a leaky roof. They came out right away and the work was completed same week. What I appreciate is that they are upfront and honest in what is needed. The roof for example they said overall great shape still had years on it. It was just a few spots that needed repairs. We plan on bringing them back to take a look at our back concrete patio in the new year. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them. excellent work, great price and communicate throughout the process.
