My wife and I purchased our home in April 2016. After which it got caught up in the 6 week work strike that set us back 11 months from our original closing date. This was at no fault of “the Builder”. The delays were frustrating however “the Builder” was extremely apologetic. At times, we were worried about what was to come after reading many reviews, but we can truthfully say we love our home. Of course there are deficiencies but they will all be fixed. We knew what to expect as this is our second new build home. Not everyone or everything is perfect…especially in a new build home. Kathleen and Mike, we thank you both tremendously for all your hard work and dedication. We would highly recommend Gold Park Homes to our family and friends. They built a beautiful home with a lot of curb appeal which you don't come by very easily now a days in subdivision homes.

Thank you for allowing my new home purchase to go smoothly. This is my third Gold Park Home. They truly know how to build a quality home. They have been very accommodating and responsive to completing my outstanding deficiencies. A big thank you to Kathleen in Construction and Yolande in Décor! We purchased our new home from Gold Park and overall we are really satisfied. We did have a list of issues on our 30 day but nothing major and mostly cosmetic. Any concerns we had were dealt with in a timely manner and dealing with the people on site has always been positive. Rob

Purchased my Goldpark home for the first time I am extremely satisfied with construction of the home both and the layout is fabulous. Great selection of upgrade packages. Good Morning, I just wanted to thank and recognize all those who helped get the leak in my house fixed. Kathleen, as always, you were so helpful and accommodating with regards to scheduling and ensuring everything got fixed in a timely manner. No matter what time of day it is or how many times I called you, you were always so pleasant to talk to and so willing to help. Mike, I really appreciate you coming by and helping find and solve the problem. I know you have a lot of other projects on the go, but your commitment in making sure that everything was resolved as soon as possible certainly did not go unnoticed. Tony, you were at my house the day after I noticed the leak (2 days before Christmas) and you came back as promised to find and fix the leak - thank you so very much. You were not only knowledgeable, you provided me with the peace of mind that whatever the problem is, it will be fixed. Joe, I can't say enough about you. You were at my house for several days straight, your dedication is second to none. You took your time to make sure that everything was done right and your workmanship is a true reflection of the pride you take in your job. You called me everyday to update me on your progress and yesterday when I got home, not only were my walls and ceilings patched, sanded and painted, you took the time to vacuum your work area and move all of my furniture back to the way it was. Purchased five new homes in my life.. GOLD PARK is absolutely the worst builder I have encountered.. along with substandard materials used this house feels like there's no insulation in it .. in the winter the floors are freezing cold close to the walls ice build up on the inside of the windows.. pathetic drywall and taping work.. tile grout in every room cracking and missing I could go on and on .. Who did GOLD PARK hire to build this house( a couple of kids on summer break or whoever they could hire cheap I'm assuming) where was their supervisor must have been asleep in the office trailer .. I visited the house once through the building process there was a bunch of workers (and I use that term loosely) eating their lunch in the kitchen the floor tiles were already installed and the hardwood floor was down they all had their work boots on and tools laying everywhere on the unprotected floors with no protection down and when I made a comment regarding that I was told it's not my house till the closing date they basically stared me down like they were the mafia or something my opinion would be choose any other Builder.

I was very excited with the purchase of my new Home, but after moving in I was very disappointed with the poor quality of work. Now I don't consider myself an unreasonable person, I don't expect the builder to get everything right but when they accept inferior workmanship then the result is an inferior product. I cant list everything but I will give just one example... there was no glue applied to a section of the kitchen ABS drain pipe & this caused flooding in the ceiling. Even though I still have a long PDI and 30 day list of outstanding defects, I would still be able to work with Gold Park if only they had a proper communication and a process/method to efficiently manage the repair work.

This is the worst builder ever, there has been multiple issues with my new home and every time I call customer service, I either never get anyone or when I leave a message no one gets back to me until I make threats. This is not professional at all. I paid for this home and want all the items in my home fixed or replaced, as it is under warranty. I will never purchase from this builder again, and will also never recommend them to anyone. All my family and friends know what has been going on, and word does spread. I will be contacting my lawyer regarding all the issues that are pending, as this is the only way seems like things will get completed.

Gold Park homes is a one of the most unreliable builders I have dealt in my life. We bought our dream home from Gold Park homes Last year January. First they could not finish our home on time and they have postponed the closing date 4 times and I lost so much money since I could not sell my home on time and it was a disaster. After we bought our Home there are so many issues we have listed on our PDI. It is almost 4 months now still many issues we have listed GP have not fixed. We also have discovered many other issues after that. List some of the major issues, crack windows, walls, unfinished central vacuum, damaged windrows, etc. you name it we have all issues. My biggest challenge is that no one from GP answer my e-mails or calls. Since they have got their money they do not care about our concerns. Please do not trust GP homes. They are so unreliable builders. I am looking for legal advice since I am so disappointed with GP homes.
