Andre was great, not pushy and very helpful and patient. Guaranteed that my shutters would fit after the new windows were installed and followed up after the measuring was done. The crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be my first call when we do the main floor windows.

Andre Lamarre was not a pushy salesman. He listened, showed respect for my needs and gave reasonable solutions for the replacement of my patio doors. He stressed the product's safety features and quality parts. I am totally pleased with his service. I will be using him to source my future renovations.

After meeting with 3 other window companies we went back to Oakville Windows and Doors. Andre is sincere and honest in his pricing and follows through with everything he promises. The installation guys were a pleasure (helpful, willing to work around me and move heavy items). We are thrilled with the end product and the overall experience was excellent. There is also a little surprise for you at the end (not a refund) but it is the icing on the cake. This company is a class act!

Any outstanding issues were promptly addressed. Service was above and beyond what was initially stated. I am writing this short note to thank Andre and his team at Oakville windows and doors. From My first phone call to the last nail Andre and his team did an excellent job. First by helping pick suitable window to arranging the final installation. Everything went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the end product and my neighbors are also satisfied as they say the new windows make a big improvement on the house. Just a short note to thank you for the service you provided Total Power. We required the installation of one new window in an executive office which, as you know, meant cutting through a brick wall. As this was a relatively ‘small’ job all other companies I contacted were either not interested or did not call me back. Andre you came out to our location measured, advised us on the right size of window for the wall and followed through until completion.
