    They were very accommodating with scheduling the appointment, showed up on time. Completed it promptly and was very knowledgable explaining things related to the service call. The AC is working great. highly recommended.

    Excellent from start to finish! Jose gave a reasonable quote and went above and beyond in completing the work. Hired them again immediately for a few other jobs we needed done. Don’t hesitate to work with Jose and his team! They are a rare find!

    Job very well done. Jose and his team were great. From initial contact and estimating through to completion and clean up, they were professional and personable. Communication throughout was excellent. The expertise and experience really showed--we always felt we were in good hands. And the work turned out really well, just as we had imagined it.

    Disconnected my old stove from the electrical cable.

    José worked with me to reschedule the disconnection as the delivery date for the new stove kept changing. He and Adrian professionally disconnected the old stove and moved it outside, then re-routed the cable from the basement, fitted a housing for the cable and added a plug. They are very pleasant and I enjoyed meeting them both.

    Hot water tank installation

    Jose and his team did a fantastic job installing our new hot water tank. I asked Jose many questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. Jose's price was very fair and reasonable. We had a great experience with Jose and his Building Ideas Inc team. The entire experience from start to finish was flawless.     Outlet addition in the bathroom

    Jose was fantastic in helping us add an outlet for a bidet in our washroom. He was able us with the toilet installation too which was a real bonus. Great communication and good quality of work. Thank you!

    New Hot Water Heater, Air Handler, AC

    I cannot speak highly enough about José and his team--so professional, accurate, efficient, and knowledgeable! He understood all the issues of how our condo was built, and was able to work within the deficiencies(!) of the structure. We're so happy with how well everyone works. 11 out of 10!
