Jose and his team are wonderful and I highly recommend working with Building Ideas. Jose helped me with adding three air conditioning units to my house, replacing the old cast iron radiator pipes in my basement, installing a manifold, and redoing the electrical in my basement (including adding a new panel). I only wish that I had went with Jose for the washroom plumbing too! Jose is very professional, and his team is wonderful. They always cleaned up and their work is Top-Notch. You won't regret working with Jose and Building Ideas, I know I will again.

José is a knowledgeable, skilled professional who demonstrates integrity and respect at every turn. He arrived on time for a routine furnace maintenance call in December. He identified several deficiencies in the course of the call and clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He told me the costs up front and provided options. A new issue arose the day after the maintenance call when the furnace suddenly shut down. Understandably this raised questions and concerns about links between the maintenance call and the shutdown. Jose understood this and responded immediately. He made a late-night weekend visit to diagnose the problem and clearly demonstrated that the shutdown was caused by a part reaching the end of its service life. He sourced the replacement part through his suppliers and resolved the problem. He kept me updated throughout the process and proposed a more than fair resolution on price for the emergency repair. Heat was restored and trust built. I highly recommend José and the Building Ideas team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with José from Building Ideas Inc. to fix my old mini split system that had stopped working. José was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He not only repaired the system efficiently but also left the workspace spotless. His expertise and fair pricing were a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with technicians who couldnt properly diagnose or repair the issues that had plagued my system since its installation 12 years ago. I cannot recommend Jose highly enough. He designed and built an air conditioning system replacing an old water cooled unit in our town home. I found Building Design after an extensive search for a reputable Hvac contractor. I had just had $3000 dollars wrongfully taken from me by a previous hvac designer and was at an extreme low point in a very expensive renovation (1.2 million dollars) . I interviewed José three times before we agreed to move ahead with the project. At all times José was patient and understanding. We agreed on terms that we were both comfortable with and the renovation commenced. Jose outlined a scope of work and followed the schedule diligently. Within three days I was able to sleep at night and really enjoyed attending the premise every day. I look forward to it. I was blown away at the very fact that although he Hvac contractor he has expertise in many trades. This experience and the appetite for acquiring more knowledge and problem solving was amazing to watch in real time. In conclusion it was a God send José and his team. I will remain forever grateful for work and overachieved goals gained on this installation and design. For all that are reading this review.
