Water removal recovery service: Carpet and floors are damp; 1 room
They responded immediately and came to my home within a couple of hours and set up the equipment to dry the carpet affected by a minor flood in my basement. Price was very reasonable

Water removal recovery service: Kitchen sink overflowed, water in k...
Fantastic job after a surprise flood in our kitchen. Danial responded immediately, and set up drying and dehumidifying equipment same night so we could minimize the damage. Danial was prompt and attentive, and we especially appreciated his calm demeanor. Would absolutely recommend this service.

Water Damage Aid
My bidet caused a leak and extensive water damage - Daniel was prompt and very knowledgable and helpful in guiding me through the water damage process, thank you for all your help. The equipment he used was first rate and reliable.

Great support with our basement flood
When Toronto experienced massive rainfall this past summer, our basement completely flooded. After dialing madly for a water damage restoration company, Danial was the only one who a) returned my call, and b) committed to having a crew on site that evening. He was on time, and he and his crew (including his Dad!) were expert, professional, honest, empathetic and trustworthy. They pumped our basement, began the restoration work and cleaned our rugs. Home disasters are obviously quite stressful, and Danial and his team were great partners throughout this process. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality, reliability and communication
Our basement flooded during the recent storms. Our insurance company sent a vendor who made all these promises but then made us wait 4 days before telling us they were too busy. Another vendor seemed good at the start but their story kept changing. I called 5 Star and got a response within minutes. 15 minutes later Danial was at our home promising his team would start at 8am the next day. At 7:55am they were already in my driveway ready to go. This company values high quality work. They communicate throughout and keep their promises. The work was of the highest quality. Not only is our basement clean and dry but they only removed what was necessary to minimize future reconstruction costs. The invoice was fair and the pricing was transparent. No surprises. I highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning.

Flood remediation
Very quick to respond and attend after being contacted, our flood occurred at the same time as many others. Daniel and his crew were very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Would definitely recommend to others and use if ever required their services.

Flood cleanup
Danial was extremely responsive to our call. Much of the city had loosed and he was on site that afternoon to provide a quote. He and his team were working on our project within 2 days. Demolition was done the same day and full remediation in with many fans, dehumidifiers and air cleaners. They resolved a very difficult situation very effectively.
