    Water damage clean up

    5 Star Cleaning did great job We have a apartment in Toronto. Had water leak and damage . We called 5 Star bazed on their great reviews .They were at site under one hour. They cleaned up and repair a the damages. We recommend them to others

    Amazing Service

    I recently experienced a nightmare scenario that every homeowner dreads water damage in the basement due to a malfunctioning washing machine. It was a harrowing experience that left me frustrated and inconvenienced. We were recommended to call 5 Star Cleaning from our insurance. They arrived the same day to remove our baseboards and set up equipment. I sent their invoice directly to my insurance and it was a very smooth process. They made a very difficult situation easy to understand and work around. After 4 days, they provided guarantees that there will be no mold or bacteria.

    Basement water damage

    My basement had a sewer back up caused by the city. Entire basement was flooded. 5 Star Cleaning explained all the steps necessary for restoring my basement. They promptly started the work. They dealt directly with my insurance, provided them with reports/invoice/pictures. I was really pleased in dealing with them during a super stressful situation. Highly recommend

    Great service and emergency support

    We had an emergency situation of city pipe break with sewer backup in our basement just before a long weekend. Not only 5 star immediately were present at our place after our call, they supported us over the long weekend where responses from city had a big delay. Very professional team equipped with essential tools and they provided us with a high quality service. Thank you 5 star!

    Great Company

    Danial and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. We had a sump pump failure in out basement and the team was quick to respond, did a great job at documenting everything for insurance purposes, and did great work cleaning up and repairing the drywall. I would highly recommend them.

    Steamcleaned carpets, sofas, chairs and more

    I highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning. Danial showed up on time, explained the process fully, executed perfectly (and quickly) and the end result is excellent. The best part is that he's so kind and truly went the extra mile. I will definitely use this company again for steam cleaning and deep cleaning of my home.

    Post Renovation Cleaning

    We had cleaning done for our main floor and basement after renovation to our floors. There were 4 cleaners, and they were super detailed. Really happy with the results. Took about 6 hours but was really was worth it. Kitchen was sparkling as well.

    Amazing service and same day emergency

    Laundry Renovation

    We had a malfunction in our laundry room and the water seeped onto our vinyl flooring. 5 Star had to remove the damaged floors and dried my walls with fans and dehumidifiers. They arrived after hours as well to help reduce and minimize the damage to baseboards/walls. The price was fair and they cleaned up after they left as well.
