Basement flood
5 stars for a reason! Our basement flooded and Danial arrived within hours of calling to assess the damage, which was more than what we initially thought. He had his crew in the next morning (he was willing to come in at midnight!) to remove all the carpeting, baseboards etc and get the dehumidifier and fans going. The team came back 3 days later to re-assess and address the drywall, which needed to be removed in many areas. Danial was extremely communicative and gave us constant updates on what to expect, when he and his team would arrive (which were bang on), and it was all done with genuine care for us, our home and our pets. He clearly has the knowledge and experience where water damage has occurred. The 5 Star team made what was a horrible situation far less stressful.

Water damage
We were very happy to hire five star water damage team to take care of our flood issue that we had recently. They responded quickly and patiently addressed all my concerns and questions. Bob and his crew arrive under an hour. They professionally dried the water damaged area in 4 days. They also sent another crew for the repairs needed after drying process. We recommend their great water damage and repair services to others.

Water damage
There was a flooded unit in my unit, searched online and found them. The service was wonderful, they responded quickly, and arrived under an hour. They professionally dried the water damage areas, and fixed the areas after. Im glad to hire them and highly recommend them to others!

Water Damage Restoration
Danial and his team were quick to arrive and start work on our basement that had experienced water damage. They were professional, friendly, and answered our questions. We highly recommend them for emergency water damage services.

Highly recommended
I highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning, water damage services that I used recently. My laundry machine was leaking for a while , which I Igor it everyday until I got a big flood my unit on the weekend late evening. I had to act quickly. Went on line, I called couple of flood companies , no respond , left message then called 5 Star water damage company. Danial responded right way , I gave him all the information and he gave me some advice what to do until crew arrives. Their flood crew arrived under an hour, extracted the pool of water and set up their equipments to dry for 4 days. They also removed baseboards and some mold and cut dry wall to make sure all wet areas gets dry, They did all the repair after drying done. I learned to take any leaking seriously and fix it as soon as possible. I refer their great professional and caring services to others.

Water leaking and cleaning
I had a headache early in the morning facing water leaking in my office. Called two service providers and explained my situation and no results as they gave a big window time to come. Then I called 5 Star cleaning, they responded quickly and what I can say simply is: These team are : Good listener, quick response, dedicated and Problem solver, professional, friendly, and can be relied on at the toughest time. Cleaning and scotch guarding multiple rugs and sofas

A flash flood would have destroyed our entire walk-in basement if it weren’t for 5Star
In the middle of the night there was a flash flood that caused flooding and sewer backup. 5Star arrived within an hour (3am) and worked tirelessly through the night to remove and sanitize affected areas. A week later their crew came in to do the restoration and worked tirelessly to put in the new flooring and drywall and paint. They were done in 5 days which was pretty much a miracle. They stood behind their work and took responsibility to ensure a job well done. Danial was a pleasure to work with.
