    flood in our condo

    great and fast services by Bob and his helper for the water damage problems I had in our Condo. They were knowledgable and did a very clean job in drying and reparing the areas that was wet. They changed the carpets and clean it too. I was very satisfied with their great water damage customer services and happily recommend them to others.

    Flood and water damaged basement

    We hired 5 star for our flooded basement and related water damge needed services. They responded quikly and were very professional. Their services were great and so was the cost. They saved as much as they could our personal stuff and the property from water damage. Bob came couple of time ad checked on his crew. We would like to recommed them to others.

    Sewage back up

    My special thank you to Bob and Morie for their great quick respond and their professionalservies. My drians got blocked and wesage back up in my basement. I was lucky to cought it ontime and luckier to find 5 star cleaning to come in as quikly as possible to deal with it and prevent further damages. They were able to find where the problem was and they fixed, dried and repaired all the related water damages. My insurance adjustor was very happy with their sevices and I got all the money back hastle free. After 3 weeks there is no problem anymore no mold and my basement is dry and clean as before. We were very glad with their water damage services. We recomend them to others with similar situation. We will use their servies again.

    Rug cleaning and repair

    We were very happy with their rug cleaning and repair services that we got byBob and his helper. My daughter was getting married and we needed our rugs to be clean professionally where we never clean them since we bought them 8 years ago. You can imagine with young kids around. They were punctual for pick up and delivery. Couple of them needed some fringes repair as well. We were very satisfied with their cleaning services. They used all green and natural products that we really appreciated. We recommend their cleaning services to others.

    Rug cleaning

    Thank you so much Bob and Danny for your great customer services and your amazing rug cleaning services. My mom and I had few rugs, some hand made antique rugs that needed cleaning but we always affairs that with cleaning we might ruin the carpet. Based on 5 star cleaning great rug cleaning reviews income stars we decided to us their services. We are glad we did. They were punctual in pick up and delivering them to us which was free of charge. Not only my rugs where cleaned to its best possible condition they also were safe, no color mixed up. We were very impressed indeed. We definitely recommend their amazing rug cleaning services to others. I already told my family and friends about their great services. Now I know where to clean my rugs and carpet when we need.

    carpet cleaning

    Bob and his helper are the real 'Stars'! These two guys know what they are doing. Very professional, attention to detail, thorough and friendly on top of it! I would not hesitate to recommend 5 Five Star Carpet Cleaning to anyone. We will certainly be using 5 Five Star Carpet Cleaning again. Thank you Guys!

    Foundation problem , sub pump problem causing water damage in basement

    I want to share my experience with people that never had water damage problem. One week ago water damage problem happened in my basement due to my sub pump problems.?? My wife and I we did know where to call or get help, we could not trust. I just called couple of company, one quoted me so high, out of my budget, other company was not sure what I talk about, forget it, I asked everybody if they had license to do this kind of job, it seems funny to them. Finally I called 5 Star cleaning and talked to Bob. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns plus having license. They hired right away and they did an amazing job. I an elderly person with lots of experience, I strongly know. The people and this guys were great from estimation to repairing all water damage issues I had. We happily recommend their service s to others in similar situation.

    wet carpet cleaning and Carpet stretching

    After a washroom water damage issue and over time use, my carpets had many lumps. It was not only very ugly but was also annoying in many ways. Having seen so many positive reviews regarding stretching with 5 star I decided to receive a free estimate. Bob organized based on my time to have everything done at once. Within couple of hours he and his crew had finished everything to my satisfaction.

    Rug and carpet cleaning

    Since we used their water damage services at our home and we were really impressed with restoration result, we decided to get our carpets and rugs cleaned too. We used 5 star cleaning services for cleaning our living room and dining room carpet cleaning and couple small rugs. Their customer services and cleaning services were beyond my expectation since it was my first time cleaning carpet and rug at home by professional company. We greatly appreciate their cleaning services. We happily recommend their services to others.
